I would not serve my guests with more than two dishes and one sweet dish if I could afford it. I am not surprised that prime minister, Nawaz Shariff is getting fatter every day and his belly is getting bigger eating like a glutton. He is looking like a balloon that will burst open with all its hot air in the belly.

His doctors should put on a strictly vegetarian diet of 2500 calories a day to make him look fitter and healthier.
