KHAK-O-KHOON film was based on famous novel KHAK-O-KHOON written by Naseem Hijazi. This was produced by NAFDEC (National Film Development Corporation) of Pakistan released in 60’s. Famous TV stars like Saleem and Abid played main roles. This film not only tells us the story of relations between Hindus and Muslims before and after the creation of Pakistan but also the reasons and circumstances in which Pakistan was born. I have read this novel when I was in year 10. Every Pakistani child should read this novel or at least watch this film.
