When US and India dislike or oppose Dr Abdul Qadir Khan Sb then a Pakistani respect Dr Sb more than before.
East India Co did not like Tipu Sultan, it liked Mir Jafer and Mir Sadiq.
Quaid e Azam made Pakistan and Dr Abdul Qadir Khan Sb. saved Pakistan.

Dear Unicorn, are people who are robing others according to their self made laws based upon double standard not thieves? I say they are and so do many others who believe that there should be rule of law based upon single standard. Either we use moral terminology for all or none. In the quranic concept anyone who controls land and resources for the purpose of holding others to ransom is a thief and transgressor against god and humanity. So it is a matter of kettle calling pot black.

Double standard simply means you make laws that suit you at expense of others so you do what is to your advantage and call it ok. By same standard one breaks that law and takes advantage so who is really at fault? The fact is so long as we have unfair laws people will never respect them because according to them they are not right laws, for they are not based upon fairness and single standard. Robin hood story is still taught in schools.

US hired German scientist, some of the scientists escaped Germany during Nazi rule, like Albert Einstein. Non of those scientist stole anything. When did Germans had dirty nukes? They had rockets with conventional bombs that were not effective as they had no guidance system. Mr Khan stole and then called it the product of his science.

Pakistan would not have had a nuclear bomb if india had not one! Why do we forget our neighbors designs? Why does india have N bombs? Are they against China/ or Russia? or Nepal? or Bangladesh?or Iran? or Afghanistan?
If Pakistan did not have N bombs PH would be a teacher in the primary school in a remote village somewhere in india! and I am sure he would be happy then. He can always go there even now, what is stopping him?

Enriching Uranium does not mean that you are able to make nuclear device although it helps
There is a whole lot technology and facilities required to make the nuclear device
