امارت اسلامیہ کےمجاہدین نےاتوارکی روز2011-06-12 مقامی وقت کےمطابق شام پانچ بجے صوبہ غزنی ضلع گیلان کےمرکز میں واقع پی،آر،ٹی کومیزائلوں کانشانہ بنایا۔
رپورٹ کےمطابق مجاہدین نےنام نہادصوبائی تعمیرنوکےمرکزپر2 میزائل داغے،جن میں سےایک تیل کےڈپوپرگرا،جس سےڈپو میں آگ لگ گیا،بعدمیں جنگی ہیلی کاپٹرپہنچے،تاکہ آگ پرقابوپالے،لیکن اچانک ایک ہیلی کاپٹردھوئيں اورآگ کی زدمیں آیااورجل کر خاکسترہوا،اس میں سوارافرادہلاک ہوئيں۔
عینی شاہدین کاکہناہےکہ پی،آر،ٹی مرکزمیں شدیددھماکےسنائےگئے،جس سےآگ میں مزیدشدت آیااورشعلےدوردورتک صبح تک دکھائی دے رہےتھے۔
مقامی لوگوں کاکہناہےکہ پی،آر،ٹی کی عمارت کانصف سےزیادہ حصہ تباہ ہوا۔

Withdrawal of one's troops from the occupied country is the unit of measurement of ther failure (defeat).

What do you say about British withdrawal in 1947?
and US withdrawal from Vietnam?

British withdrawal from subcontinent was not because of a millitary defeat...they could have gone to stay for as long as they wanted. The britih defeated the native forces in the War of independance of 1857. The US loss in Vietnam was not a millitary loss but a strategic loss. They could have kept on their bombing for years and years. They could have nuked te crap out of Vietnam but they left actually out of boredom. They killed 20 times more vietnamese than they lost.
