For all PMLN paid workers "Benami" is a transaction in which a person purchases the property in the name of another person. IK purchased the land in the name of his wife because she paid money to buy the land and after that IK paid back the amount to Jamima when he got money from UK by selling his apartment so Jamima returned the land to IK.

It is clearly written on the document that land was purchased by Imran khan niazi and later transferred to Jemima , so dont know what is BENAMI ???

when he has all the documentary evidence of buying, earning and transferring the money so what he z trying to make out of it. Term Benami stands for something which you did not buy on your own name,, hence he explained multiple times why he did so,, so whats the heck

Imran has repeatedly mentioned that the land was purchased by him with his wife's money therefore it was transferred to her name. Later when his the London flat was sold, Imran returned her money back. When they were divorced, the property was transferred to Imran. Since the actual buyer of the plot was Imran himself with his wife's money therefore the honesty dictate to transfer the property on the name of the person who actually paid for.
You should also praise the Imran for paying full tax on this deal, while 99% people don't do that and I advise this umar cheema to go and check his parents and his relatives status in this regard.
Such propaganda were also faced against the Prophet PBUH and also faced in the current days, so all good people will go through such process.
We don't have to worry.

This is the reflection of GPA (General Power of Attorney) which is not a title documents. Please put the title documents here (i.e Sale Deed, Gift Deed) etc. but in this particular case there must be a sale deed. Please avoid to spread such rumors on secondary document.
