India has deployed more than 800,000 of her troops in occupied kashmir to subdue the kashmiris. Kashmir is also known as the world's biggest prison where almost 7 troops are deployed to keep an eye on ONE civilian.
Killings:
Since 1989, an estimated 90,000 Kashmiris have been killed by the Indian forces stationed in Kashmir. The Indian Forces have been given a free hand to kill any person they choose.
Torture & Custodial Deaths:
Victims in custody are treated as bodies of flesh and bones. The punishment starts at the time of arrest; abusive language is used and rifle-butts are struck on their legs. In the interrogation centres they are tortured by some methods only unique to the Indian army.
Rape and Molestation of Women:
An estimated one million women have either been bereaved, tortured or humiliated and beaten up or killed; many hundreds have been subjected to barbaric sexual assaults. Sexual harassment is used as a weapon to subvert people into submission.
The international community if it really exists, then needs to react and to take steps towards the resolution of this core issue in south east asia. This is the only way to bring the PEACE and stability in the Region and perticulary between Pakistan and India. Two nuclear powers who have already fought 3 wars on this core issue.
Allah o Akbar...Long live the Great People of Kashmir
Thumbs up to them and salute to their courage and sacrifices for their basic right of self determination.
The people of Pakistan will always be with you on each and every forum with core of their hearts...InshaAllah Liberty will be your destiny and no one could stop you to get that.
