there are many ways to convet Democracy in Khalafat, actually the democracy is one shape of khalafat. I will say that democracy need to upgrade to become a khilafat.
The one way is as i mention in my post by following my proposed election system. the other way is to just make some little changes in current law of Pakistan and give authories to reall democratic leaders.

The question is how we could get it.....
Without exp*****ion , it looks that we are talking in dream....
How we could ' weight people ' ?
Actually, the base of every system is honesty and truth.....
Allah' s nabi pbuh trained people for more than two decades, after then we were able to get the system based on Honesy...
Today it looks dream....
So please tell how we could get it....thanks...

surely we can get Islamic system of Democracy that is Khilafat system, here is a step by step Guide to Get this system.
1. Start From your own, research on Islamic system of Politics, Study history of Khilafat, Study Quran with Translation and Tafseer, study hadees books, Fiqa Books and Shariat Books and get equipped with Islamic knowledge.
2. Spread this knowledge to your family and Friends and advocate for this system.
3. Influnce your suroundings to adopt this system where ever you can influnce specially people in Politics.
4. The last and most important thing is that, that vote for a good leader that have enough knowlege of Islam. In voting Islam should be 1st proirety to select a leader.
One and one calcutes and become a nation, when more and more people will get aware of True Islamic Political system then offcourse they will like it and in return Islamic Political system Khalafat will be implemented.

It is true that correction starts from the own.
There is Hadees , That Allah Tallah will keep Khilafat up to the time, he wants, and bring it back when he will want...
Shows that it is a Phase of System, governed and managed by Allah Tala.
The purpose of this system to increase the Islamic boundaries...
U can analyze it...All the Khilafat times, the boundary was increasing....except those black time, which were not considered Khilafat....
Right now , there are are lots of sects and lots of Munafiqat.... That means division.
U could Imagine that Qazi and Fazl Rehma do not say their prayers together, though they both are Ahle- Hadees....
Dr. Isar caused the death of two shia persons....
So how we could achieve the better System of life and Government....
Simple talking and Idealizing will not work....
Western democracy is refining day by day, now they are lot better than before...
And lots of Humanity we see here in Canada ( My and Gazoo ' s present country)....as compared to Pakistan....where we were living before....
So I will request to be practical and positive...
We talk about Khilafat , but we celebrate birthdays, anniversary, Maggiage ceremony, Mehndi , and all rubbish non Muslim manners...
Our leaders send our kids abroad, right in the middle of Afgan war, called Jihad... ( Qazi, Zia, Gen, Abdur Rehman)
Where as non muslims, ( like prince herry , Meain ' son, Palin's son and lots other )
send their sons to fight against the enemy, (Muslims)....
so what type of Stereo type muslims we are, Living In Canada ( Including me ) UK , US, and talking about Jihad, Khillafat....

Dear Raaz, i respect your emotions towords Islam and i feel that you are looks fedup with current situation of Islam and political people of Pakistan, its not amazing as the majority of People are also in same trans.
The purpose of this system is to Govern the state under islamic law, not to extend boundries.
about Qazi and Fazl Rehma, they are just Political Puppet and getting advantage of name of Islam.
Two shia suffer their lives not due to Dr. Israr but due to their emotion, we should have controle of our Emotions. I have listen speach of Dr. asrar about Hazrat Ali rehmat u Allah elaih and he just give a veiw of history and that was not his personal opinion.
We need to get a good knowlege of Islam to bring a glorigying change in our system in Islamic world especially in Pakistan.
America, Canada and Europe are enjoying Democracy becuase they make religion and politics seprate. but still we can see that there are lot of matters that we, as a muslim cant adopt.
About birthdays etc, i will say that its due to Media effect, like a Bandwagon. Still we cant find so pure people same like at the time of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) so we should hope only for best people.
In the matter of world we should see people that are lower than us, and in the matter of Religion we should see poeople that are better than us.
millions are people are still practicing islam in a reall format upto their extent, keep yourself optimistic.
We will weigh people by their traits and chractristics. Best traists with high level of purity. please see 1st post in this thread.
Many people are practically working to get this goal around the world, in Pakistan, in India, in bengladesh, in Arab Countries and in Malaysia etc. We need to be part of them to support them, to encourage them and influnce people around us. in this matter encourgment is much better than criticizing. Please take this post/message as positive as possible.

Brother as i request you earlier to read my 1st post in same thread, in main post i have mentioned an election system to weigh people (expected leader) but if you mean how we will weigh Public, there is no way to weigh every individul. every person have same right as of others. Muslim or non muslim, black or white, educated or not have the right to vote and give their opinion. the minimum age should be a adult age of 18 years.
If my answer is not satisfactory so please i request you to explain your question. tq
