خواب اور تعبیر میں فرق

یہ بات بطور خاص ذہن نشین رہنی چاہیے کہ خواب اور اس کی تعبیر میں فرق ہوتا ہے۔ اس لیے خواب میں جو کچھ دیکھا جاتا ہے وہ تعبیر طلب ہوتا ہے۔ خواہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا ارشاد گرامی ہو یا کوئی دوسرا نظارہ، اس سے بعینہ وہی مراد نہیں ہوتا بلکہ اس کا معنی مرادی اور ہوتا ہے۔ اس لیے خواب میں نظر آنے والے منظر یا سنے جانے والے الفاظ کی ہمیشہ تاویل کی جاتی ہے جس کو اصطلاح میں تعبیر کہا جاتا ہے، اس لیے خواب میں جو کلمات ارشاد ہوں یا نظارہ کیا جائے اہل دیانت و امانت اس کی تعبیر کرتے ہیں، ظاہری کلمات اور نظارے کی بناء پر کبھی کسی نے گستاخی و بے ادبی کے فتوے نہیں لگائے۔
حضرت امام اعظم ابو حنیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ جب بھی کوئی خواب دیکھتے تو اس کی تعبیر اپنے استاد گرامی امام ابن سیرین رضی اللہ عنہ جو اجل تابعین میں سے ہیں، سے پوچھتے۔ امام عبدالغنی نابلسی رضی اللہ عنہ نے اس موضوع پر تعطیر الانام فی تعبیر المنام ایک مستقل کتاب لکھی ہے اور دیگر بہت سے آئمہ و علماء ہیں جنہوں نے اس فن میں باقاعدہ کتب تصنیف کیں۔
خواب : حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے جسم اقدس کے ایک حصے کی جدائی

تعبیر : حضرت امام حسین رضی اللہ عنہ کی ولادت اور پرورش
خواب اور تعبیر میں فرق و اختلاف کو سب سے پہلے حدیث پاک سے دیکھتے ہیں۔ مشکوۃ شریف میں ہے : حضرت ام فضل رضی اﷲ عنہا جو حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی چچی اور حضرت عباس رضی اللہ عنہ کی اہلیہ محترمہ ہیں، حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی بارگاہ میں حاضر ہوئیں، عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ! میں نے ایک خواب دیکھا ہے، بڑی پریشان ہوں۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا کیا خواب دیکھا ہے؟ عرض کیا کہ میں نے خواب میں دیکھا کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے جسم مبارک کا ایک حصہ جدا ہو کر میری گود میں آ گیا ہے، میں پریشان ہوں کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے جسم مبارک کا ایک حصہ جدا ہو گیا ہے تو یہ خواب سن کر حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے مبارک باد دی اور فرمایا کہ اس کی تعبیر یہ ہے کہ میری بیٹی فاطمہ کے ہاں ایک بیٹا پیدا ہو گا جو تیری گود میں کھیلے گا، چنانچہ اس کے بعد حضرت امام حسین رضی اللہ عنہ کی ولادت ہوئی۔

اس مذکورہ حدیث میں خواب میں جسم مبارک کے حصہ کا ظاہراً الگ ہونا دیکھا جو کہ پریشان کُن ہے مگر سید عالم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس کی تعبیر یہ فرمائی کہ میرا بیٹا پیدا ہو گا، فرمان نبوی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ہے : الحسین منی وانا من الحسین (حسین مجھ سے ہے اور میں حسین سے ہوں)۔ چنانچہ جب حضرت امام عالی مقام رضی اللہ عنہ کی پیدائش ہوئی تو انہوں نے حضرت ام فضل رضی اللہ عنہا کی گود میں پرورش پائی۔ اس حدیث پاک سے واضح ہوتا ہے کہ خواب میں صادر ہونے والے ظاہری الفاظ پر فتوی لگانا ظلم و زیادتی اور سراسر لا علمی اور جہالت ہے۔
خواب : چھت کا ٹوٹنا

تعبیر : شوہر کی واپسی اور وصال
احلام الانبیاء والصلحاء میں ہے کہ ایک خاتون حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئی اور اپنا خواب بیان کیا اور عرض کیا حضور میں نے خواب میں دیکھا کہ میرے گھر کی چھت ٹوٹی ہوئی ہے تو اس پر حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا تیرا شوہر سفر پر گیا ہوا ہے وہ واپس آ جائے گا۔ دیکھا تو چھت کا ٹوٹنا تھا لیکن رحمت عالم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے تعبیر کچھ اور بتائی۔ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے وصال مبارک کے بعد اسی خاتون نے دوبارہ یہی خواب دیکھا تو حضرت سیدنا صدیق اکبر رضی اللہ عنہ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئی تو آپ رضی اللہ عنہ نے اس کی تعبیر یہ ارشاد فرمائی کہ تیرا شوہر فوت ہو جائے گا، چنانچہ اس کا شوہر فوت ہو گیا۔ یہ بات قابل توجہ ہے کہ خواب چھت کا ٹوٹنا اور تعبیر شوہر کا سفر سے واپس آنا، ان میں کوئی تعلق و ربط نہیں۔ خواب کچھ اور ہے جبکہ تعبیر کچھ اور ہے۔ یہ کتنی بد دیانتی ہے کہ انسان خواب اور تعبیر خواب کے فن کو نہ جانے اور نہ سمجھے بلکہ اس کے حروف ابجد سے بھی واقف نہ ہو تو یوں ہی جہلاء کی طرف خواب کے ظاہری الفاظ پر بے ادبی و گستاخی کے فتوے لگاتا پھرے اور حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی نسبت کا بھی حیاء نہ کرے، برملا ان چیزوں کو اچھالتا اور بیان کرتا پھرے۔ یہ بہت بڑا ظلم و زیادتی ہے حالانکہ اسلاف و اکابر کی بہت سی کتب خواب اور تعبیر خواب کے فن سے بھری پڑی ہیں۔
خواب : حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی قبر انور کھودنا

تعبیر : سنت کا احیاء
امام ابن سیرین رحمۃ اللہ علیہ فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی شخص خواب دیکھے کہ وہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی قبر انور کھود رہا ہے یا اس سے مٹی کرید رہا ہے تو اس کی تعبیر یہ ہے کہ وہ شخص حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی سنت مبارکہ کو زندہ کرے گا۔
ذرا غور کریں خواب قبر انور کے کھودنے کو دیکھا لیکن تعبیر اس کی کیا ہے۔ اگر کوئی شخص تعبیر کا فن نہ جانتا ہو اور وہ بدیانتی، جہالت اور علمی خیانت کا مرتکب ہوتے ہوئے اس کو اچھال کر یہ کہتا پھرے کہ نعوذ باﷲ قبر انور کھود رہا ہے اور اس بات کو سیاق و سباق سے کاٹ کر جمع و تفریق کرتے ہوئے آگے بڑھاتا جائے تو اس سے سوائے فتنہ و شر کے اور کچھ نہیں پیدا ہو گا، جس طرح ہمارے معاملہ میں کیسٹ کو ظالموں اور حاسدوں نے قطع و برید کر کے اور خواب کے ظاہری الفاظ سے بذات خود کئی معانی و مطالب اخذ کر کے فتنہ و شر کو پھیلایا۔
خواب : حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا خون پینا

تعبیر : (1) شہادت کی سعادت کا حصول
(2) منافق و عدّوِ اہل بیت
یہی امام ابن سیرین رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اپنی کتاب تعبیر الرویا میں لکھتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی شخص خواب میں دیکھے کہ وہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا خون مبارک پی رہا ہے، فرماتے ہیں اس کی تعبیر کی دو صورتیں ہیں :
1۔ اگر اس نے دیکھا کہ وہ خون مبارک رغبت اور شوق و محبت سے پی رہا ہے اور پھر یہ کہ چھپ کر پی رہا ہے تو اس کی تعبیر یہ ہے کہ وہ شخص جہاد میں شریک ہو کر شہید ہو گا۔ اب اس سے اندازہ لگائیں کہ اگر کوئی بدبخت علمی خیانت کا مرتکب ہو کر اس کو اچھالتا پھرے تو یہ اس کی حرماں نصیبی ہے مگر اہل ایمان اور اہل معرفت کہتے ہیں کہ اگر اس نے خون مبارک محبت سے پیا تو وہ شہید ہو گا۔
2۔ دوسری تعبیر اس کی یہ ہے کہ اگر اس نے خون مبارک اعلانیہ طور پر پیا ہے تو اس کی تعبیر یہ ہے کہ وہ شخص منافق ہو جائے گا اور اہل بیت نبوی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا دشمن اور ان پر ظلم کرنے والا ہو گا۔
اس سے آپ نے دیکھا کہ خواب کیا تھی اور اس کی تعبیر کیا ہے؟ اس لیے خواب پر کھلے بندوں نہ کوئی تبصرہ کرنا چاہیے اور نہ ہی زبان درازی کرنا چاہیے اور بالخصوص وہ خواب و رویا صالحہ جن کا تعلق حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی ذات مقدسہ سے ہو اس لیے کہ اس میں ہزاروں معانی و معارف اور ہزاروں گوشے اور جہتیں ہوتی ہیں کہ جن تک کوتاہ نظر لوگوں کی رسائی ممکن نہیں۔ لہٰذا ضروری ہے کہ ایسی خواب کی تعبیر اس فن کے ماہرین سے ہی پوچھی جائے جو وسیع سمندر میں غوطہ زنی کر کے اس کے حقائق و معارف سے پردے اٹھائیں اور اس کی صحیح تعبیر بیان کر سکیں اور اگر تعبیر سمجھ نہ آئے تو ادب واحترام رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا تقاضا یہ ہے کہ جس شخص نے خواب دیکھا ہو اس کی دیانت پر چھوڑ دیا جائے اور کوئی تبصرے نہ کیے جائیں۔ اگر اس نے سچ بولا ہے تو حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے جو پسند فرمایا ہے وہ ظاہر وہ جائے گا اور اگر اس نے بدبختی سے حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی طرف جھوٹ منسوب کیا تو اس کا ایمان جاتا رہے گا اور وہ روز قیامت جہنم کا ایندھن قرار پائے گا۔
خواب : حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا کسی مقام پر وصال فرمانا

تعبیر : سنت رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا فوت ہونا
امام ابن سیرین رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ہی فرماتے ہیں کہ
اگر کسی شخص نے ایک جگہ جس کو وہ پہچانتا ہے۔ وہاں اس نے دیکھا کہ حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم وصال فرماگئے ہیں تو اس کی تعبیر یہ ہے کہ اس جگہ، شہر یا علاقے میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی سنت مٹ جائے گی، فوت ہو جائے گی۔
حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے دیدار سے مختلف احوال کا ظہور

یہاں یہ نکتہ قابل غور ہے کہ خواب میں حضور علیہ الصلوۃ والسلام کو وصال فرماتے دیکھا اس سے مراد آپ کی ذات اقدس نہیں بلکہ آپ کی سنت مبارکہ ہے خواب میں نظر تو آپ کی ذات آتی ہے اور وہ حق ہے مگر تعبیر میں کبھی شریعت مراد ہوتی اور کبھی امت مراد ہوتی ہے کبھی دین اور کبھی اسلام مراد ہوتا ہے اور کبھی دیکھنے والے کا اپنا ایمانی حال مراد ہوتا ہے۔ اس لئے یاد رکھو کہ جب خواب میں آقا دو جہاں صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی زیارت ہوتی ہے تو وہ خواب کی زیارت ایک آئینے کی مانند ہوتی ہے۔ آقائے دوجہاں صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم آئینے کی طرح اپنی امت کے سامنے دکھائی دیتے ہیں۔ اس آئینہ میں کبھی امت کا حال نظر آتا ہے، تو کبھی دیکھنے والے کا اپنا حال نظر آتا ہے، کبھی شریعت کا حال نظر آتا ہے، تو کبھی دین اسلام کا حال نظر آتا ہے۔ زیارت حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی ہو رہی ہے۔ گفتگو آقا کی ذات پاک سے ہو رہی ہے کلام حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا سن رہا ہے۔ کلمات حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی طرف منسوب ہو رہے ہیں مگر مراد اس سے آپ کی ذات نہیں ہوتی۔ یہ فن تعبیر کا اصول ہے جس سے کتابیں بھری پڑی ہیں اور اس پر علماء، آئمہ، محدثین، اولیاء و صوفیاء کا اجماع چودہ سو سال سے چلا آرہا ہے، کسی نے اس پر اعتراض نہیں کیا۔ لیکن کس قدر افسوس اور حیرت کی بات ہے کہ جب تحریک منہاج القرآن کے حوالے سے فیوضات و برکات نبویہ علی صاحبھا الصلوۃ والسلام کا بیان ہوا تو یہ جانتے بوجھتے کہ اس سے مراد ذات اقدس صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نہیں بلکہ دین اسلام اور احوال امت مراد ہیں پھر بھی اس اجماعی اصول کو پس پشت ڈالتے ہوئے معاذ اللہ جو کچھ الزامات لگائے گئے کوئی بھی صاحب ایمان شخص وہ اپنی زبان پر لانے کا تصور نہیں کرسکتا۔ جو کچھ ہم نے بیان کیا اس سے ہرگز ہرگز حضور رحمت عالم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی محتاجی ثابت نہیں ہوتی۔ لیکن ایک شرعی اصول کو پامال کرتے ہوئے جو زبان استعمال کی گئی اور اتنی جسارت کی کہ اس بات کا بھی خیال نہ رکھا کہ اس طرح زبان کھولنے سے اپنی خواہش نفس ہی پوری نہیں ہوگی بلکہ بے ادبی اور گستاخی کا راستہ بھی پیدا ہوگا اور متفقہ و مسلمہ عقیدے پر بھی ضرب پڑے گی۔
خواب و تعبیر خواب کے اسی تصور کو مزید آگے بڑھاتے ہیں اگر دیانتداری کے ساتھ اس تصور کو سمجھ لیا جائے تو میں امید کرتا ہوں آج کے بعد تحریک منہاج القرآن پر اس موضوع کے حوالے سے زبانیں نہیں کھلیں گی اس لئے کہ علم دین اور مسلمہ بنیادی تصورات کا کچھ لحاظ و حیا ہوتا ہے ہمیں لاکھ برا بھلا کہو، گالیاں دو، پتھر مارو اللہ گواہ ہے ماتھے پر کبھی شکن بھی نہیں دیکھوگے گزارش صرف اتنی ہے کہ حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے دین اور علم کا مذاق نہ اڑاؤ۔
خواب : حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے جسم اقدس پر مکھیوں کا بیٹھنا

تعبیر : صحیح اور موضوع احادیث کے درمیان امتیاز
صحیح بخاری کے مصنف تاریخ عالم اور اہل علم میں کسی تعارف کے محتاج نہیں ہیں وہ حضرت امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ خواب دیکھتے ہیں کہ حضور سید عالم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم تشریف فرما ہیں اور امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ہاتھ والے پنکھے سے ہوا دے رہے ہیں کچھ مکھیاں حضور علیہ الصلوۃ والسلام کی طرف جا رہی ہیں آپ پنکھے سے بدن اقدس سے مکھیاں اڑا رہے ہیں۔ یہ خواب دیکھا تو امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ پریشان ہوگئے کہ اس کی تعبیر کیا ہے؟ اس لئے کہ حدیث پاک میں آتا ہے کہ حضور علیہ الصلوٰۃ والسلام کے جسم اقدس پر مکھی نہیں بیٹھتی تھی تو کیا امام بخاری رحمۃ اﷲ علیہ پر الزام لگاؤ گے کہ انہوں نے گستاخی رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی ہے یا خواب غلط دیکھا ہے۔ جب حضرت امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے یہ خواب دیکھا تو وہ پریشان ہوگئے۔ تو اس خواب کی تعبیر کے لئے ایک تعبیر جاننے والے امام کے پاس گئے تو انہوں نے کہا اچھا خواب ہے مبارک ہو اور اس کی یہ تعبیر بیان کی کہ تم موضوع اور من گھڑت، جھوٹی حدیثیں، روایتیں جو حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی طرف منسوب کر دی گئی ہیں تم ان کو چن چن کر نکال دوگے اور صحیح احادیث کو جمع کرو گے چنانچہ اس خواب کے نتیجہ میں صحیح بخاری مرتب ہوئی۔ جس میں امام بخاری نے صحت حدیث کا ایک معیار مقرر کیا اور موضوع احادیث کو نکال کر ایک ایسا مستند مجموعہ حدیث مرتب کیا کہ جو احسن الکتاب بعد از کتاب اللہ قرار پائی۔
اگر اس دور میں بھی اس طرح کے لوگ ہوتے تو وہ بھی امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کی پگڑی اچھالتے، زبان درازیاں کرتے مگر اس وقت کسی نے ایسا نہیں کیا اور نہ ہی کسی اہل علم نے آج تک اس پر اعتراض کیا ہے۔ خواب اور تعبیر سے معلوم ہوا کہ جسد مبارک سے مراد نہ تو آپ کا جسم اقدس اور نہ وہ مکھیاں تھیں جو خواب میں دیکھیں بلکہ اس سے مراد احادیث صحیحہ اور موضوع و من گھڑت احادیث تھیں اب کیا اس میں کوئی گستاخی کا پہلو رہا؟
ہماری کیسٹ کے حوالے سے یہ اعتراض کیا گیا کہ معاذ اللہ ہم نے حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی شان اقدس میں گستاخی و بے ادبی کا ارتکاب کیا ہے اس سلسلے میں میں یہ واضح کر دینا چاہتا ہوں ہم تو پچھلے بارہ سال سے تحریک منہاج القرآن کے پلیٹ فارم سے اس امت و قوم کے بچے بچے کو عشق و محبت، ادب و احترام، تعظیم و تکریم رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا سبق دیتے آ رہے ہیں، آقائے دو جہاں صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی گستاخی تو کجا ہم تو حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی گلیوں میں گھومنے والے کتوں کی گستاخی کرنے والوں کو بھی مسلمان نہیں سمجھتے مگر تم نے خواب اور اس کی تعبیر کے فرق کو سمجھے بغیر اتنا ظلم کیا کہ اپنے اکابر کے اس ذخیرہ علمی کا بھی خیال نہ کیا جو کہ خوابوں و بشارات سے بھرا پڑا ہے ادھر فتوے نہ لگائے ادھر ہی لگائے آخر پس پردہ کیا عوامل کارفرما ہیں؟

Is it possible Seeing Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in a Dream?

Dreaming of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) is a very serious and important aspect of Islam. Even some of the Muslim sects or school of thoughts, for example tahir-ul-qadri group's religion, is being authenticated indirectly by a dream.

We know that there is Sahih Hadith that Only those person could see the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in their dream who had seen him in wakefulness, i.e. in real life. Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) saying, “Whoever sees me in a dream will see me in his wakefulness, and Satan cannot imitate me in shape.” Abu ‘Abdullah said, “Ibn Sirin said, ‘Only if he sees the Prophet in his (real) shape.’”(Sahih Bukhari Book #87, Hadith #122)

There is no dispute that Satan can not imitate Prophet Muhammad صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم). But Satan can disguise into Saint like appearance (anybody other than Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)). Now tahir-ul-qadri never saw Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) alive then how can tahir-ul-qadri claim with 100% confidence that he actually saw Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم)??

Let me explain this topic with an example. Lets assume two scenarios below:

Scenario#1:

During the time when Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) were alive, any Shabi (RA) who knew the face of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم), upon seeing Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in his (RA) dream he (RA) could recognize the face of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) and could say with 100% confidence that he (RA) actually saw Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in his dream on the basis of Hadith that Satan could not imitate the shape of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم).

Scenario#2:

Now, 1000 years after the death of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) if somebody claims that he has seen Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in his dream than his claimed can not be accepted with 100% confidence because that person was unable to recognize the face of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم). There were no pictures of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) available. Satan can not come in the shape of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) but Satan can certainly come in the shape of a saint and can make that person believe that he has seen Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in his dream.

Conclusion:

In Scenario#1, If any Sahabi (RA) saw Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in his dream could declare it with 100% confidence.

In Scenario#2, 1000 years after death of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم), if somebody claims that he has seen Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in his dream then his claim can not be accepted with 100% confidence. He might have seen or might not have seen.

I do not say whoever saw Prophet Muhammad in their dream after the death of Prophet is Kazab. My point is that one can not claim with100% confidence that he has actually seen Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in his dream. He might have seen or might not have seen Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) . Because (say 100 years after the death of Prophet (PBUH)) nobody was able to recognize the face of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم). As 100 years after the death of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) no survivor can claim that he can recognize Prophet Muhammad if he sees him (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم). There were no pictures of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) available. Satan can not come in the shape of Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) but Satan can certainly come in the shape of a saint and can make that person believe that he has seen Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in his dream.


Sultan Noor Ud Din Zangi had a dream in which he saw the Prophet asking him to save him (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) from the conspiracy of two men also shown to him in the dream. He saw this dream repeatedly and immediately returned to Medina where scrutiny of the matter ultimately transpired the two persons involved in the conspiracy of removing the body of the prophet. Based upon this incident some people deduct that the person of Muhammad is alive and still guides his ummah through dream.”

The corpus of Islamic beliefs and practices is not based upon dreams of ordinary people like the referred Sultan. On the contrary, it is based upon the clear and unadulterated teachings of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم).

Thus, if the Qur'anic teachings do not require Muslims to ascribe to the belief of the continuity of the Prophet's life - as they, in fact, do not - then no dream of an individual can render it a belief of Islam.

Furthermore, even Sultan Zangi's argument does not proves that if somebody claims to have seen our beloved prophet Mohammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in his dream then his claim may be accepted with 100% confidence. In the best interest of Muslim ummah it is better to close this door which often leads to innovation in Shariah, following of fake peer, fake faqeer and fake wali like, Yousuf Kazab.

Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard the Prophet saying, “Whoever sees me in a dream will see me in his wakefulness, and Satan cannot imitate me in shape.” Abu ‘Abdullah said, “Ibn Sirin said, ‘Only if he sees the Prophet in his (real) shape.’” (Book #87, Hadith #122)

Based on the very clear message in the above ahadith, we can state that only those people could dream about the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) who had seen him in wakefulness, i.e. in real life. This is very very important. If Satan had been able to impersonate the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم), he could misguide the Sahaba (رَّضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ). Similarly, Sahaba (رَّضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ) could be sure they had indeed seen the Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) because they knew what he looked like! Thus, both conditions are met: Satan can’t impersonate Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم), and the dreamer can be certain this is the case precisely because he knows what Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) looked like.

Today, a person who already believes that it is possible to see Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in a dream, may end up seeing him. This is because any good dream which has a respectable looking religious person in it will be seen as representing Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم).

But when a person believes that is it NOT possible to see Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in a dream, then the chances of that person interpreting it in that manner are close to zero.

The problem is with people who have only read about Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) in books but they don’t know his exact appearance. So Satan can take the form of any pious looking man, appear in our dreams and claim to be the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم)! Or he may not even claim it and we might wake up in the morning and interpret it this way just because we already believe in it!

As president‚ can Zardari be tried?​

The final showdown between the Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry‚ and the government‚ led by President Asif Ali Zardari‚ is nigh. On Sept. 27‚ the court gave the attorney-general until Oct. 13 to finally explain why his government is dragging its feet on implementing an earlier ruling: requesting Swiss authorities to reopen an old case against the president. What happens in court may determine whether Pakistan continues with democracy or reverts to equally familiar other options.

The case in Switzerland‚ initiated at the behest of the Nawaz Sharif government in 1998‚ centers on the allegation that Zardari and his late wife‚ Benazir Bhutto‚ may have squirreled away $60 million in kickbacks in Swiss bank accounts. In August 2003‚ a Swiss court convicted the first couple‚ in absentia‚ of money laundering. The sentences of six months’ suspended jail time‚ a fine of $100‚000‚ and the order that they return some $2 million to Pakistan’s government‚ were suspended on appeal.

In October 2007‚ in order to woo Bhutto and her Pakistan Peoples Party‚ the then president‚ Pervez Musharraf‚ issued an amnesty law that got rid of the Swiss case. In December 2009‚ the court struck down this National Reconciliation Ordinance‚ and demanded the reopening of all cases against Zardari and the return of $60 million. The court says it is being stonewalled by the government on the issue. Zardari supporters say the president is being persecuted. (It can’t help that Zardari did not want Chaudhry reinstated as the country’s top judge‚ but conceded last minute to popular pressure.)

As head of state‚ the Constitution grants the president immunity from prosecution. Zardari also enjoys “sovereign immunity” under international law and cannot be tried while in office. This is as clear to Aitzaz Ahsan‚ erstwhile friend and colleague of Zardari’s and architect of the popular campaign that got Chaudhry reinstated as chief justice‚ as it is to Daniel Zappelli‚ Switzerland’s prosecutor-general. “We can’t prosecute Mr. Zardari while he has immunity unless Pakistan lifts that immunity‚” he told Reuters in March. “And if he doesn’t have immunity‚ why don’t they try him in Pakistan?”

Reassured by Zappelli’s statements‚ some Zardari supporters feel the government should write to the Swiss to satisfy Chaudhry and the court. Government lawyers argue‚ convincingly‚ that any letter to this effect would be taken as Zardari voluntarily waiving immunity since he heads the party in government and since such a request would be made in his name. It is for this reason that Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani hit back at the letter-writing lobby by comparing the president to Dr. Aafia Siddiqui‚ the Pakistani neuroscientist convicted and recently sentenced in a New York court for the attempted murder of her U.S. interrogators. Gilani said his government is under fire for not having been able to stop Siddiqui's trial in the U.S.‚ and yet people want their country’s president tried in another foreign court.

The Supreme Court has made clear that it intends to seek the repatriation of the funds in the Swiss accounts. On Sept. 27‚ the court asked the government to present details of other closed foreign cases against Zardari as well. The court is also likely now to review Article 248 and examine the doctrine of presidential immunity as it is codified in the Constitution‚ and to determine whether past and present instances of alleged corruption constitute official acts.

With its attorney-general the only official authorized to communicate with Swiss authorities‚ the government has two choices now: it can continue to resist implementing the court’s order forcing a judicial review of the immunity provision in the Constitution‚ or it could write to the Swiss effectively voiding the Constitutional protection.

If the government does not heed the judge’s order‚ the Supreme Court has‚ at least in theory‚ the right under the Constitution to ask the military to help implement its orders. Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah tried this in 1997 when he asked Army chief Jehangir Karamat to side with him against the then prime minister Sharif. Karamat declined. Shah resigned soon thereafter‚ followed by Karamat. If it gets to that stage‚ this time the Army may have to act given the ability of lawyers to whip up protests. Whatever the outcome on Oct. 13‚ one thing is clear: the system will not remain paralyzed for long. Something’s going to give‚ and soon.

Dreams are dreams and the one who sees the dream has no control over the events seen. We have no right to dispute what he says. Talking about dual nationality, it does not at all mean that a person who obtained nationality under whatever circumstances from other country is not faithful to his motherland. My experience says that those people are more patriotic than people living in the country. Look at ruling lot today, their bank balances, and second homes outside in other countrie. They looted the wealth of the country like a parasite sucking blood. I personally have nothing to do with organisation like minhaj ul kuran nor I am a movli follower but I do trust this man, coz he is not dishonest.
