iss say bara mazak nahi. pata nahi yeh army officers wakia hi iss level key hein. pehley yeh magzines ISI number no 1 qarar detey hein, phir 2 may ko abbotabad mein operation kartey hein americans. iss say kya sabit kartey hein woh. aur dabay dabay alfaz mein kehtey hein ISI ko nahi pata tha ossama yahan tha. dunya iss ko maney ghee. aik taraf world's best spy agency aur doosri taraf itni flop.

I don,t know who prepared this report and on what grounds they put ISI on the top. But the guy is not mentioning the failures of ISI which include from breaking of Pakistan into two in 1971 to American assault in Abbotabad on June 02, 2011. Don,t mention the others due to which we are in trouble now as a nation from the atrocities of Khabesaan also called Taliban.

The main objective of any country;s intelligence agency is to protect the interests of the country, sovernity and to disclose any malicious agenda on their country. which i am sorry to say ISI is unable to do. I will not say any thing on the report , but the work of ISI is in front of you to decide it's credibility.

Thats the strategy of USA.
First they give top number then trap it.
Like for Osama, they said Osama is very dangerous like bla bla bla.
but then US attacked on him.
If ISI would no #1, then how ISI can control bomibimg in Pakistan. Pakistan is more worst than Phalestine now.

I really don't understand the people who are proud of ISI. In a country where ISI is stronger than the elected government and practically runs the government. All the foreign policy is Hijacked from the peoples government and is run by the ISI. Governments are brought in and thrown out by ISI. More over this ISI's list does not end there, here is some more:
Separation of West Pakistan, killing of thousands of Bengali's
Operation against Akbar Bughtti and bringing Pakistan to the brink of a new separation
Extrajudicial Murders
Extrajudicial Kidnappings - The present missing person
unaudited consumption of Foreign Aid - which was given to Pakistan on the name of war on Terror
