I tend to agree with you, but please tell me are you practicing what you are preaching? Are you trying to live in peace and harmony with Kashmiris? Are you treating them the way you want to be treated? Do Dalits and Muslims and other minorities have same rights and privileges as bruhmans? Were hindus punished in the way which commensurates their crime during Gujrat incident? There are many more questions but lets start with these first and then we will take this discussion forward.
You yourself are not following the practice before preaching philosophy and have the audacity to advise others.
First talk about treatment of minorities in your country and your country's record on their condition before questioning others or don't raise the issue at all. Minorities have gone down from 8-10% or more in '47 to less than 2% now. Stop harassment and violence against the minorities and repeal the controversial blasphemy laws and we will take the discussion forward.

We can't change the past but we should always try to understand it so that this generation and coming generation will be able to live in peace and harmony.

First of all let me tell you that I am not preaching anything. You can live your life any which way you want. On the judgement day I will not be answerable to any of your wrong doings or righteous deeds. (Well... it all depends if you believe on judgement day or not).

In response to Zionist Hindu's post I merely asked him few questions, which are as follows
Are you practicing what you are preaching?
Are you trying to live in peace and harmony with Kashmiris?
Are you treating them the way you want to be treated?
Do Dallits and Muslims and other minorities have the same rights and privileges as Brahmans?
Were Hindus punished in the way which commensurate their crime during Gujrat incident?
If you care to answer them go ahead. Lastly I apologize if I stepped on your tail by asking these questions.

Now let's takeup your accusations

Minorities have gone down from 8-10% or more in '47 to less than 2% now.
Firstly, I don't know from where you got these figures. Secondly, these figures do not suggest that minorities are treated badly in Pakistan. Thirdly, there has been an influx of Afghan refugees since late '70s. So there could be multiple of reasons. But in your animosity towards Pakistan you can paint it any which way you want, that's your prerogative.

Stop harassment and violence against the minorities
I agree there are some ignorant violent people in Pakistan who commit violence againts minorities and even helpless poor majority. Unfortunately our law enforcing agencies are corrupt. Hopefully some day we will have leadership with vision and courage to tackle this issue.

repeal the controversial blasphemy laws
Please explain to me why is it controversial? It is our law and every citizen of Pakistan must obey it. If you don't like it and break this law then definitely you will be punished as the law suggests. In Islam all muslims are forbidden to blaspheme other religions and thier gods and godesses and deities, any one blaspheming other religions is actually disobeying Allah (SWT) and his messanger (SAW) and will be punished hereafter. Besides, if you are not a citizen of Pakistan you have no right to criticize any of Pakistani law.

You didn't get it. The gist of my post was that you should not be asking all those questions unless your own record is clear. But then you can't help it, can you? :)

Your language shows that you don't have a proper response......
Remember it was you who started all this in response to a post by Zionist Hindu which actually ended on a positive note.
Cheers!!

Compare my responce with yours, I answered all your accusations, but on the other hand you did not even have the courage to respond to my questions.
Based on the following comment by Zionist Hindu I asked him few questions and neither him nor you have the moral courage to answer my questions.
His post getting a positive response means nothing, it's one Hindu applauding another.

We can't change the past but we should always try to understand it so that this generation and coming generation will be able to live in peace and harmony.

If you have moral courage answer my questions honestly. Despite all our shortcomings, atleast, we, Pakistanis have courage to admit the truth, which is so obvious in this thread. You Hindus cannot face rhe truth and have the audacity to tell others not to question you on your wrong doings, What double standards you have.

You again got it wrong. I said the poster ended the post on positive note and not that the post got positive response. Think again, hope this time you will get it.
All these questions have been raised number of times and replied to on this forum so the question of courage is out of question...:) You answered the questions which is good on your part, but that does not mean I buy all those arguments. its just that I don't want to stretch this discussion for no reason.
We have the audacity to tell those whose own record is not clear, but quick to point fingers at others.

Today, I felt so good about this program. Sethi confirmed many things I have been believing and I had been made fun of for that. I was lucky to have a teacher who taught me history the way Mr. Sethi explained.
