being in or not in the government doesn't really matter the way you think you see. Take example of Leghari, who boycotted the elections. May be he did right it was emotionally correct the government had been corrupt so he boycotted, but now, no-one knows leghari, because when Pakistan needed him he wasn't ther.
Similarly Imran Khan, he might be saying great words for his country, he may be a total representative of the people of Pakistan (the less knowing most of the people of Pakistan) but he is practically not doing anything for his country except for Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital for which I gratefully appreciate him. So emotionally he is correct for boycotting the elections but practically he has betrayed the country that is in trouble at the moment. And I don't expect him to be so wise politically because he's not a politician. So, he is a good man, but he isn't a good politician. And He can't run a country!
And Mr. Khan, if you're reading this, I want to say to you that this is a country for God's sake, not a cricket team, and in this field, losing is not an option.
