قادری صاحب الیکشن سے پہلے جاگیردارانہ نظام، پولیس کا نظام، مالیاتی نظام اور انصاف کا نظام درست کرنے کی بات کرتے ہیں

اور دوسرا پہلو یہ ہے کہ شاید وہ کچھ نیا لے آنے کے چکر میں ایک نئی ڈش متعارف کروارہے ہیں

Bro, I don't think you read my post properly. I said I only watched part of his speech, only the fag end of it.
I heard two issues which he was addressing at the time.
1- Problem of voting fraud, like in the recent by-elections, I have already described it in first post.
2- Second problem of suitability and legality for some members of parliament to hold their seats.
Let's take the example of the Sahiwal NA seat. Apart from voter fraud, the man elected was made to resign from his seat because of his fake degree.
Here is the fundamental issue of a crime here. Even though the condition of degree is removed by the new amendment to the constitution, therefore according to that rule, he should have been eligible to take part in the elections. Provided, and this is the crucial part, he had not committed the fraud of submitting a fake degree. Surely someone who defrauds the electoral system purposefully and deliberately is a criminal.
Please tell me how a criminal can be eligible to stand for a parliamentary seat in the parliament?
Shamefully, these by elections happened after this new ECP is formed, under Justice Fakhiruddin. Was he sleeping that he allowed a criminal to stand in a by elections?
I told you, I am not Mr Qadri supporter. I could have hundreds of disagreement on theological and religious issues with Mr Qadri. But here we are not discussing religion or theology.
I was hoping IK would raise these issues with ECP and request to disqualify such people who have won the by elections. PTI still have chance to do so.
If they don't, mark my words PMLN would run away with the elections by committing large scale voter fraud. The image of one of newly elected parliamentarian doesn't go from my mind. He recently said in a TV program, it doesn't matter how votes were cast, the bottom line is I delivered what I had been told to do by the leadership.
This man, the new MNA from Sahiwal happened to be someone from UK. After his picture was displayed and someone pointed to the fact he is the owner of "Lahori Tandori" in Tooting, I realise I know this man for years. Almost for two decades. He had served me enough "Curries" in the past, when his restaurant was new and before he made huge money. Why I am saying it is because he is definitely holding British nationality, which means he had not been truthful in his submissions to ECP for by elections too.
I hope you understand my points. I am not favoring Qadri or backing his call for wholesale changes, or postponement of the elections. But that the lessons should be learned from recent by elections. If the lessons not learned, PTI would end up as loser. They may have to restore to street demonstrations afterwards when it is too late. Why not do it before the elections so it could be fair?
