Re: SMH statment and your opinion
1- As far as I know, a common and ordinary army personnel , who does not take any part in any kind of decision making but just obeys the order of the Islamic state and protects his Muslim fellow citizens and in doing so, if killed in the line of duty is not MURDAR, he is SHAHEED. This is the responsibility of ameerul momineen , shoora and Sipah Salar to decide about the war and obey the orders is the duty of the soldier.
2- If the theory of Munawwar Hassann is right then all the arm forces should be withdrawn from the work and leave Pakistan's soil for enemies to come into the country and invade without any resistance.
3- Now question arises here, if Talibans are Pakistan's enemies or not? In the present available evidences, yes they are our enemies because they have openly said in several times that they don't agree with Pakistan's constitution and Pakistani state. This is the same state where SMH lives and his Jamat is one of the contributor of writing its constitution. (The late Prof. Ghafoor signed the document on behlf of jamat, this is the constitution which is bound to work under the law of Quran and Sunnat).Talibans declare the same system of Pakistani state and its constitution is KAFIRANA. In taibans terms jamat has signed a Kafirana constituetion.
4- Talibans are the enemies of Pakistan because they have killed thousands of Pakistanis and have admit the crime openly.
5- Talibans are enemies of Pakistan because their new cheif Fazlullah lives in Afghanistan and has been declared an Indian and Afghan Govt. agent by Gen. Hameed Gul. The same Gen. Hameed Gul is a close friend of SMH and a big sympathizer of Talibans.
6- We are not having any affair with Yahood o nasara and we are not going against Quran (naozu billah). We are dealing with Americans on the basis of international relationships. Prophet (PBUH) also had Sulah -e Hudabiya with Kuffars, because it was necessary to run the Islamic state on that time. Pakistan cannot live without these relationships right now. We cannot afford to declare war with everyone in the world. Pakistan has its priorities and it acts upon them accordingly. This is a normal practice in foreign affair issues. Every other country has to take care of it own affairs. If Pakistani govt. is wrong in its policies then the people of Pakistan have a right to change their govt. through democratic process.
7- Why not Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other wealthy Islamic states break their close ties with Kuffars? Why not they withdraw all of their wealth from american banks? Why they have americans everywhere in all over Saudi Kingdom and Arabian peninsula? why don't they kick all these americans out of the kingdom?
8- Why not Talibans start war against Saudi Arabia and Kuwait who are the best friends of Americans. Pakistan is a BHOOKA NANGA country, it has to rely on american trades and aids but what is stopping Saudis to break their ties with america? what is their compulsion? Why Munawwar Hassan and Talibans do not declare Jehad against Saudis as they have more close ties with amricans than Pakistan? Everyone knows the answer, nothing to say here on that.
9- Now what is your say when Pakistani people, jamati workers, Afghan mujahideen and Pakistani army were taking help from americans and fighting against Russians in 1980s in Afghanistan and were being killed in that war, were they SHAHEED or MURDAR? Please answer this.
