Actually I have to disagree. Technology and advancement should not be limited by lack of awareness. Instead the lack of awareness should be addressed and there is absolutely no reason why people cannot learn better road sense. A little effort and education can change much. Better road sence in Islamabad is proof of this

So in how much time rather generations did Americans and Britain develop road sense? Bhai, thora sa time meray ghareeb mulk ko bhe day dain, we will make it work Insha Allah.

How much Pakistani use Internet? And how many use it for any constructive activities like studies, research? Why don't we shut word wide web back home?
