You really did avoid the question. I did not mention Iraq. You did not answer the simple point about people being taken off buses and shot in Iran. If you do have evidence of such incidents, then do share.
YOU said as many Shia live in Pakistan as do Sunni's in Iran. I merely pointed out that numerically that is a lie. :)
What about the Hasidic, Satmar, Haredi, Mizrahi, Sephardic, Ashkenazic Jews, all minorities but all opposed to Israel worldwide
You seem to have an expertise on what is happening in the entire Islamic World, and Jews to boot and you know the causes and solutions. What are you doing wasting your superior knowledge and intellect on a forum for those who clearly do not appreciate how right you are about everything. :)
Ashkenazi are not opposed to Israel. They are the largest group of Jews and their views vary. They are anywhere from reformist to orthodox to whatever.
Some of the others that were mentioned include orthodox Jews that are not opposed to Israel.
Rather, they are the settlers involved in most of the violence and they are the ones that are asked to leave by the IDF.
They may be opposing the fact that they don't want to serve in the military and that might be changing as per government policies but that opposition is definitely not because of the Palestinian cause.
Also, it is quite evident that you lack the basic understanding of Israeli-Palestinian concerns and are trying to make yourself relevant by throwing words to deceive someone who doesn't know into thinking you have a complete grasp on the subject.
Unfortunately, I am not in that boat (one that is definitely sinking because of the unbearable burden of innumerable passengers).
I don't like rubbing things into people's faces but I would like to request you to show me one Jew who believes Israel does not have the right to exist at any point whatsoever (the belief that you have, ironically, living in Britain, the country that helped create Israel to begin with. Wonder how hard it was to take the oath of the Queen. Not too hard because of the welfare state's social benefits)
So, to say that you are an objective person and that majority of the Jews are in agreement with you and that there is this one Jew standing in the corner forcing the rest to believe what he says is comical at best and fantastic at worst (root word: Fantasy).
Now to your insistence in me clarifying the population difference. I would like to avoid answering that because it seems as if you are missing the larger goal of achieving unity and peace by addressing the concerns that people have regarding Iran's mistreatment of it's minorities.
I can answer that by either saying that the intent was figurative and not actual figures as you would know given your last employment at the UN's census department.
Or, you can use the example of Bahai's that you must've heard of at your former place of employment (the UN) and the fact that the regime deflates the population figures of the minorities in Iran to show their grasp on power.
Some quote the same figures you have quoted for Pakistan...70% Shia, 20% Sunni...They cannot be independently confirmed by the same departments that you are quoting when you hold my quotation of the population figures against me.
Now, are you going to pick the figures that suit your needs or are you going to instead be objective in choosing what they
also report regarding the inaccuracies.
Just choosing one set of figures is like saying that you believed your mother when she said you weren't adopted and then, when she says you were, you don't believe her. If you believed her the first time, why not the second? "you" does not refer to you, I am being general (before you lose your cool over this, too)
As far as your last comment is concerned, I sense sarcasm in it but I also realize that in your opinion, anyone that has the slightest bit of knowledge or understanding deserves to be outside the forum and elsewhere much superior. In other words, you are suggesting that your IQ is the criteria for this forum. Anyone having one higher would be claiming to be a genius?
This is not a debate so I don't expect you to answer anything I said.
Elaborating on the situation of Sunnis in Iran would create hatred towards the people of your sect and would incite killings of innocent people who had nothing to do with Iran's extremist policies.
