۔1۔ اگر انٹرنیشنل سطح پر معاہدہ کیا ہے تو اسے نبھانا چاہیے۔
۔2۔ رسول اللہ کا اسوہ حسنہ ہمارے سامنے صلح حدیبیہ کی صورت میں موجود ہے جہاں ایک صحابی (ابو جندل؟؟)کہ جن پر اہل مکہ بری طرح ظلم و ستم ڈھا رہے تھے، وہ کسی طرح فرار ہو کر وہاں پہنچ گئے۔ مگر اہل مکہ کے وفد نے انکی واپسی کا مطالبہ کر دیا کیونکہ معاہدہ ہو چکا تھا۔
ہمیں یہ بات لاکھ بری لگے مگر مسلمان اپنی زبان اور معاہدہ کا پکا پابند ہوتا ہے۔ رسول اللہ ص کی اسوہ حسنہ پر ہی عمل کرنے میں فلاح ہے۔ جذباتی ہو کر اپنے معاہدے سے پھر جانے کی صورت میں بڑا نقصان اٹھانا پڑ سکتا ہے۔
اگر امریکہ نے معاہدے کی خلاف ورزی کی ہے تو اس خلاف ورزی کو پیش کر کے پہلے معاہدہ کو ختم کرنے کا اعلان کیا جائے، اور اسکے بعد اس پر عمل کیا جائے۔
۔3۔ ڈیوس اگر خفیہ جاسوی کر رہا تھا تو پہلے اسے اس کیس سے فارغ کیا جائے اور پھر اسے ناپسندیدہ کہہ کر ملک بدر کر دیا جائے۔

۔4۔ جہاں تک قتل کی بات ہے تو پھر بات انصاف کی کی جائے۔ یہ نہ ہو کہ کسی قوم کی دشمنی آپ کو ناانصافی پر مجبور کرے۔ مجھے لگتا ہے کہ قوم نے پہلے ہی انصاف کو خیر آباد کہہ دیا ہے اور اسے انسانی سے زیادہ سیاسی مسئلہ بنا دیا ہے۔ اس میں ہماری پولیس، ہمارا میڈیا انوالو ہو رہا ہے اور اس معاملہ میں انصاف ڈھونڈنے کی بجائے سیاست کر رہا ہے۔ حرف آخر انصاف ہے جسکا اللہ نے حکم دیا ہے۔

5۔ اگر انصاف کے ساتھ ثابت ہو جاتا ہے کہ قتل عمد ہے تو اس پر سزا ہونی چاہیے۔ لیکن اگر ثابت ہوتا ہے کہ وہ واقعی ڈاکو تھے اور ڈیوس کو ان سے کوئی ذاتی دشمنی نہیں تھی اور اس نے دفاع میں ہی گولی چلائی ہے، تو پھر کسی قوم کی دشمنی ہمیں ناانصافی پر مجبور نہ کرے۔

6۔ اور جو تیسرا شخص ٹکر لگنے سے ہلاک ہوا ہے (میڈیا اسکے لیے کچلے جانے کا لفظ استعمال کر رہا ہے جو غلط ہے) تو اسلامی شریعت کے مطابق اسکا معاملہ "دیت" کی بنیاد پر ہو گا کیونکہ یہ ہرگز قتل عمد نہیں ہے۔

یہ میرا تجزیہ ہے جو کہ اللہ کو حاضر و ناظر جان کر کیا گیا ہے۔ باقی آپ لوگوں کو مجھ سے اختلاف ہے تو یہ آپ جانیں اور اللہ جانے۔

Question is not whether we honour international treaties or not?
Question is whether it applies on him or not ? I mean is he a diplomat or not.
Court will decide this.

In reality it is the foreign office which has to decide this. Since the ministry is saying that he has immunity this means he cannot be arrested and presented before the court.

Incredible Pakistan

Her press conference was held to test the water and see the reaction of the public on her comments.

I have said to my friends, and in one of my posts I have written earlier on this forum. The fact that Americans officially in a Press Conference admitted to the world that Raymond Davis is not his actual name. Pakistani Government has to do one thing and one thing only; they should quote the press conference by the Americans and ask a simple question from the Americans in writing, what is the true identity of Raymond Davis?

As I wrote earlier Davis is fake, and fake dont get any immunity. The real person never entered Pakistan, therefore, no question of immunity.

I have listen to some incredible rational, arguments how Pakistan will suffer if Americans act and carry out their threats. But no sane person has asked this question, why Pakistani Government is not asking this question from the Americans after their public acceptance in a press conference held in America?

No Law has ever written in the world which can give protection to a fake person, a fraudster, a criminal. Geneva conventions and the Pakistani Laws introduced to comply with Geneva conventions, quoted by Fauzia are no exceptions. If any such law ever exists or passed it becomes null and void immediately and should be challenged. Because it is against the natural course of justice that criminals should be given protections under Law.

As I have said before, anyone, who is involved or issued, created, taken part in the production of any document or record after the events, to give immunity to Davis, when the matter is sub judicial because it is in a court of Law or even before it came to the court of Law but any fair minded and sane person would have known that it will go before the court of Law, such person or persons should be prosecuted for aiding and abating a criminal. They should be prosecuted for committing perjury and perverting the course of justice.

I saw on Dawn TV, in Talats program , Dr. Moid who is from the UK giving his rational for the release of Davis. He should have known better, here in the UK, Geoffrey Archer was jailed for few years for perjury and perverting the course of Justice, because he tried to alter the entries in his diary to clear himself from the charges brought against him. Recently another politician from Scotland has suffered the same fate and was jailed.

The problem is all these, pseudo journalists and so called intellectuals were absolutely nobody in the UK or America, but they have made good careers in Pakistan despite their inexperience and lack of knowledge and any proper qualifications in the journalistic arena. They are using Pakistan as a test bed where you can get away with a lot due to ignorance of General Public and lack of education and awareness in the Masses, which I must add is not their fault, but it is because of lack of opportunities for the education for the general public.

Dr. Shahid Masood is another such example, neither of them had any background, experience in Journalism but they are elevated to such degree in Pakistan. They only did some programs on third rated Pakistani channels here in the UK but alas, now they hold position of power and milking it. Would someone tell me did Dr. Shahid Masood ever practice as a Physician in the UK? Convenient isnt it?

Expect the fraud to be committed, soon

I must add something more, Rehman Malik is effectively running the Foreign Ministry now, it is evident from the fact that during the recent arrest of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, it was Rehman Malik who was talking to the Pakistani High Commissioner in India, instead of anyone from the Foreign Ministry. This fact is enough to prove that he is effectively and officially in charge at this ministry too.

We all know, how competent, credible and honest Mr. Rehman Malik is. We also know his back ground as an agent of his Masters for years. Therefore, I expect and warn people to expect the worse anytime from now on.

They are seriously contemplating to create a false entry in the records of the Foreign office to prove that Raymond Davis has the immunity, release him and hand him over to the Americans any time from now. They have installed Hina Rabbani Khar in the Foreign Office for this purpose. She will claim the immunity for Davis, but the real culprits will be Rehman Malik and President House. This press conference by Fauzia was a precursor and a tester for execution of their plans.

Another obstacle in their way to perform this fraud is the Foreign Secretary, expect any time his removal on false charges and allegations. They will try to throw dirt at him like they did on Qureshi.

Davis doesn’t like to be disturbed in any manner whatsoever. Even Azaan, the prayer call, comes as a source of disturbance for him. And distressing is the disclosure that the loudspeakers in the jail were muted when Davis complained about the prayer call Monday morning.
Davis lodged a protest with the jail authorities on “being disturbed by the morning prayer call”.
“He started shouting in a quite savage manner in the wee hours when the Azaan was in progress and the prisoners were waking up for the prayers,” said a prisoner requesting not to be named.

An official of the Kot Lakhpat Jail, pseudonym Bholi Shah, said Davis had started huffing and puffing on hearing the Friday prayer call on his first day in jail.

As I feared, the ball is rolling, Fauzias statement was not made in isolation, Munter phoned foreign secretary on Monday according to the Nation, and demanded that foreign office declares immunity to Davis, according to the Americans he enjoyed full diplomatic immunity and not just the limited immunity offered by 1963 GC on councillor relations, which incidentally does not cover serious crimes like murder.

Guys expect as I said, firstly the resignation or sacking of foreign secretary and then PPP goons producing the documents of his immunity from the foreign office. They will bring shame on Pakistan.

ISLAMABAD - US Ambassador to Pakistan Cameron Munter Monday called on Secretary Foreign Affairs Salman Bashir and urged him to certify the diplomatic status of Raymond Davis to bring the deepening diplomatic standoff to end.
Sources privy to these developments told The Nation that the US envoy sought an early certification from the Foreign Office with the view that Pakistan and United States could devote their time and energy to other vital issues. Ambassador Munter reiterated that Raymond Davis enjoyed diplomatic immunity, therefore, he should be released immediately under the Vienna Convention. On this, Bashir told the US envoy that the matter is sub judice and could only be decided by the court of law. The Secretary Foreign Affairs also emphasised that one man should not drive 60-year-old relations between the two key allies in war against terrorism.
He hoped that the trilateral meeting would be rescheduled as soon as possible because such meetings were important for peace and security in the region.
Washington insisted that Raymond Davis charged with murder of two Pakistanis was a diplomat and enjoyed criminal immunity.
However, the Government of Pakistan fears severe reaction owning to anti-American sentiments in the country even if it wanted to oblige to Washington.
Washington has been pressuring Islamabad with threats ranging from snapping of diplomatic ties to suspension of economic assistance to secure release of Raymond Davis.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had declined to meet Pakistans former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi at a recent conference held in Munich in protest. She, however, had met Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani who represented Pakistan in the conference.
Police on Friday rejected claim of Raymond Davis that he killed two Pakistanis on the grounds of self-defence, as they were about to rob him. The court sent the accused on two-week judicial remand.
