What you are talking about is rigging during polling.
IK also talked about pre poll rigging where PMLN had their own thanedar, patwari and other government machinery to rig the elections in Punjab. Also Pre Poll rigging was blamed on EC as all provincial govts appointed their own Provincial EC heads, there was no separation of powers. Blame also went to Media which was biased and could be seen atleast 1 year before the elections. Everything that happened after was part of the arrangements done by the govts before hand.
Any investigation needs to focus on prepoll rigging. Imran Khan over estimated the power of the SC, real power is in hand of army and political heavy weights, CJ cannot bat an eyelid without their approval, IK is putting him in an increasingly tough position.

Rigging,cheating,fraud and corruption run in Pakistani nations blood so don't expect any action or reaction from Pakistanis.What is shocking is that over the years several British-Pakistanis have been caught in election rigging in UK.Recently two persons were caught in Derby for arraning bogus votes and will have to go to prison.

I have been trying to scan through the annexes and haven't been able to find the form XIV for NA 68, for polling station 246. This is the one in which 8167 votes were cast against a total registered count of 1510 voters. Can someone please point me to the location of the relevant Form XIV, or whatever is the source of the claim in the white paper.

but they have gone to court! it doesn't make the claims in the paper necessarily true, but they do meet your threshold of taking these claims to court

I recommend people to read the white paper. It is an excellent compilation and for me an eye opener. For once lets forget about which party we support. We all know that rigging does happen in Pakistan. And if someone is highlighting the issue and asking for steps to address the system flaws we should all support him. So its not about whether PML-N won fair and square or not. Just support the cause for the future of Pakistan's democracy
