Pak Army has always real and gallant solders but the trouble is with its high rank Officers WHO had the "Expensive" taste and are miles away from the war front (Always). On retirement they become Billionaire and are adulteress, womanizers & had no believe in "Martyrdom". They are just the "****" in our Armed Forces. Call them ******** (Majority). We are a developing country, achievement like this is something to talk about. indeed there are problems in our country, corruptions, molvies, and foreign pressure and involvement of foreign agencies to destabilize and finally break-up of Pakistan. your right Pakistan has lowest budget for education in southeast Asia but remember our Dakooz and Choor rulers spending lot of money for their own pleasure and educations is not their agenda at all so this is the result of negligence other wise Pakistani youth can go the top school around the world for higher education.
