i have a better idea , why shouldn't court pass a order declaring all dual nationals as non pakistanis ? and court should also ban non pakistanis sending remittances to pakistan.

Whats the use of this verbal declaration of non-pakistani's, if it is not going to benefit either party?. We are sending remittance to our country without any expected return favor. We will still do it either way.

First of all it is a very sensitive issue with a lot of grey area but a few things are black and white

1: If you are a dual national then you should not be allowed to contest for any elections or bureaucratic job.(or diplomatic)
2: If you live abroad permanently and want to come to pakistan to only contest elections ,then you should not be allowed and neither be given any bureaucratic job(or diplomatic).

The biggest example is of Hussain Haqqani, he has a duel nationality, if he's proven guilty of treason, then America can easily scoop him up and save him. And pakistan will have no power to do anything to him. Small jobs are not in consideration, it is the powerful jobs that are of concern.

The Supreme Court is the Supreme Court of Pakistan,charged with and obliged to look after the interests of Pakistan first and alone. Overseas Pakistanis may have much to contribute,but then again when you look at the likes of Haqqani and Rehman, Pakistan stands to lose more than it gains, so sorry

Mein khud UK mein rehta hun. CJ k ye remarks bilkul durast nahi hain but I am in favour that Dual Natioanlities holder should not be allowed to contest election. Only Pakistani passport holders should be allowed to become PM of Pakistan.

But, still, CJ has no right to call overseas pakistani not trustworthy.

Pakistani passport holders are also not trust worthy if they are not Muslims? read the constitution of Pakistan.

As I have said before, there is an attempt to malign each and every verdict of SC and SC judges. Who would do that other than supporters of criminals (read PPP). My advise to PTI supporters is to fully support judiciary. You may also find some people in disguise trying to create hate and lack of confidence against judiciary. This is all an attempt to suppress judiciary and let PPP an open hand in corruption.

I fully support that dual nationality Pakistani, (especially from USA who have to renounce their Pakistani citizenship) should not be member in assembly.

if any American is in Pakistan and he commit any crime , its the jurisdiction of the Pakistan by the international law. so your argument of some dual national commit any crime can be taken away is not true.

That is not true. Look at it the other way around, Raymond Allen Davis committed a crime in Pakistan, and was released due to America's blood money and jurisdiction. So therefore your argument is invalid.
