Our Education System, Do we need a revolution in our education system?

The Link above is the chinese based website and i think most credible ranking systems present

Sadly Our universities are not in top 300 and one university is in top 400 which is sad but encouraging as before 2008 there was not a single university in top 500 but now we have 4 to 5 universities in top 1000 and 1 in 500, But india and china are gaining ground at tremendous speed.

My question is
Are there enough resources for our universities to grow rapidly?
Do we have enough brains to run the universities? PHD's and qualified pplz
Do we have enough Universities in numbers (quantities) in Pakistan?
Do our universities posses same technical knowledge to keep with other universities of the world?
Do our universities spend resources on Research and Development specially practical and comercial approach to market their Reserach and make profits.
Do our Universities have potential to compete with universities around the world?
Is our primary and secondary school system is good enough to support the universities to succeed?
Is our Education is for all or just the rich ellite?
and Last but not the least
Do we really want to be competing at world stage in academia and technology or we just want to fight each other and grab land and doing all illeagle work available.


I know these questions have 1 year solution or may be 1 generation but are we really on the right path of progress or we just want to export our brainy ppl to west so they can avail there benefits.

Please share anything that u like the reason is to start thinking and expressing ur frustration towards our education system. but again i repeat according to current and past situation our education system was SO SO but it helped thousands of bright students who are now working and contributing to west prosperity but not Pakistan i am mentioning about brain Drain of our ppl

Our Education system is an utter failure... Revolutionary changes are required to cope with the situation to compete the pace of today's world !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is there any education system in Pakistan??? no there is no any system from primary to university level . we have lots of shine students in our country who are the capital of Pakistan. so we don't claim that there is no brainy students in Pakistan
our education system is at poor level, In primary school the medium of education almost in English but the teachers are typical ppl. The students when join these school at that time they are only ratta based bcose when teachers having no knowledge then what they giving to students??? Teachers selection in our system is only by the sale of teacher post and this is reality, so how we can be successful??
At university level they are still using old syllabus , notes system, just pick the notes and start to use ratta and next day paper u have done better, so this is not blame to students this is the fault of system, old teachers still are stuck with the seat of professors so how can change this system.
system is only change when we offer to students better environment for study and give them chance to do more practical work. old teachers who block the seats by taking long leave must be get rid. if you pick the prospectus of any university then you find that lots of teachers mostly Phd are at long leave and they are at abroad but there seats are block in their favor. I can give a lots of tips to correct the system but who will apply??? our so called politician ??? or Ministers??? Teachers???
