Nobody is talkign about the root of the problem and that is the arab tribal law which somebody during ZIa ul haqs dictatorship understood to be islamic law and which got into our penal code. It is high time we remove these black laws. Secondly even according to these laws, it is Raymonds Davis's family which is supposed to pay diyat money not the governement og the day from tax payers money. Somebody wake up Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhary...

Quran said
"O ye who believe! the law of equality is prescribed to you in cases of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, the woman for the woman. But if any remission is made by the brother of the slain, then grant any reasonable demand, and compensate him with handsome gratitude, this is a concession and a Mercy from your Lord. After this whoever exceeds the limits shall be in grave penalty. (The Noble Quran, 2:178)"

So please due to this incident do not call a Quranic thing a BLACK LAW

Thanks to Talat for bringing this innocent girl on TV. I think she is the only lady who is going to suffer the real aftermath of this Raymon Davis adventure in Pakistan. Ironically what has the law got to offer to her? sadly the answer is not very satisfactory but I am sure there are number of God fearing people in and out of Pakistan who should step up and help this lady as she is the real sufferer of the whole calamity. She can do million time better than her current corrupt husband who changed his color after receiving a cash. God bless you innocent girl and I pray you get justice.

Wise person must think before speaking that to whom it is being said and for what..

Its is my friendly advise to you to learn Islam if its your religion, and if you are not a muslim then keep your mouth shut about Islamic Laws as you are not aware of it.

If you misuse good law its your fault, not of that law..
