First of all court should decide if they are ordering him to appear in the court for the crimes he has committed or Pakistan is begging him to come and receive some award for his services rendered to Pakistan, he is ordered to appear as a criminal or as a hero. And will every one in Pakistan get this facility to get his court dates postponed when he/she is found involved in serious crimes.
