Punjab is usually fine for business. Little Bhatta issue, if any.
In Karachi, you would need to pay bhatta but there are ways to minimize it. If you keep a low profile and do not show off, chances are you might have to just pay a monthly standard fee either to MQM or Lyari or one each for both. Negotiate as needed when the call comes.
I like the bhatta style of the taliban. They are honest in collections and they provide you with security also. Its the mqm and lyari smart ****es that keep changing demands.
I prefer taliban for bhatta over others any day and I have paid them. They are also very respectful over the phone compared to other di*k wards.
The problem with Karachi is that there are so many brand less gangs. Anyone with a gun can basically get you to pay, if they have your info. MQM had controlled these little 1 man gangs when they were in power but now things seem out of their hand. There is just too much variety.
