If his breathing slows down immediately call 911 (or Saudia emergency number - you should anyway). Suicide is a crime and you will be in a lot of trouble if God forbid something hppens to your friend. I would advise go outside find a cab and take him to emergency immediately. Your friend might go into a coma if the dose is high enough and may even die in hospital if he is not immediately provided expert assistance.

dont be afraid to take him to a doctor...he requires proper monitoring by doctors...usually 8/10 sleeping pills are not lethal and the effect will go away after 12-24 hours...but y take chances...take him to hosp..take him to hosp and take him to hosp....that is the best totka my brother... save life save humanity..be brave to save it

Call ambulance. My aunt also had a stroke 1 month ago and was could not move her right side of the body. we called the ambulance and they are very helpful. I live in ksa too

Neend ki golian uss ne khain aur assar tumhare ooper ho gaya? Call an emergency service, jaan ki baazi mat lagao aggar kissi wajah se call nahin bhi karna chahte to. Its not worth his life, Im sure.
