its better to vomit it out if time duration is not too long . please ask your friend to take two cups of coffee. as it will keep your friend alert and prevent drowsiness.

There's nothing to worry about. There's no original medicine in Pakistan. Ur friend will have two or three motions and maybe three or four " khattee Dikaar" and everything will be ok.
