Brother, unfortunately people here are not impartial, therefore, they make their decisions and comments according to their political affiliations. You are right.
The problem is to charge Musharaf for Martial Law, would means trouble for the judiciary including CJ who gave protection to Musharaf's coup. No way in hell judiciary would allow it or touch it. And this would be a travesty of justice. IF a dictator enforces a Martial Law once, it is legal, when the same dictator enforces an emergency, then he becomes a traitor and a terrorist, just because this time he targeted the judiciary. Weird logic.
Therefore, the whole exercise looks funny and weird. Since yesterday, I have been trying to make this point, which is not liked by many. But I am independent therefore, I don't have any bias glasses on. I can speak the truth no matter what.
