As for I remember the only 90 day promise Imran made was about corruption at TOP LEVEL ( and possibaly the education reforms ). Nooras trying hard to give perception on PTI behaf that every thing was promised within 90 days. This is a 5 year term not 90 days term you dumboos. Even if local body election were promised within 90 days, KPK gov didn't sit back and wait to let pass the 90 days. From the day one they are working on improved system and when it is implemented it won't matter if elections are conducted within 90 days or within 180 days because the real deal is 'clean election' which you nooras can't even imagine to conduct.

These parties have not allowed the shifting of power to local level. "PTI will transfer power to grass root level by holding local government elections in three months time after coming to power," he said, adding that other political parties have not taken such steps just to hold the funds in their own hands.
