The father of democracy in Pakistan ZA Bhutto introduced 'lateral entry scheme in the civil services. The people mentioned in the list are mostly those who reached the dizzying rank of a captain and were in their prime. They have reached their present status after a long service as a civil servants. ZA Bhutto also created the political wing in the ISI. The training in the Army is very rigorous and unlike civil services vey few are able to go beyond the rank of a Lt. Col. In the civil services even the most incompetent get a grade 20. Let us now look at the development work. Pakistan had most development work done during the tenures of Ayub Khan, Ziaul Haq and Mushy. The biggest embezzlement took place during the the tenures of Ganjas and Mr and Mrs Murdari. The biggest women bandits were Benazir, Addi Talpur, Bhagori gutter of Qatar Maryam Awan. In Pakistan every person after an unnatural death becomes a saint or at a minimum a shaheed.This does not absolve the criminalities, whether financial or otherwise of his holiness Bhutto and his twice sainted daughter Benazir [of the swiss cases and necklace fame].

Correction! it actually got under the skin of every pakistani and their generations to come. Zia ul haq caused Bhuttoism and then cultivated nooraism which many of our generations are going to harvest. Weed like patwaris and khota khors are parasites on this system.

It reminds me a joke about the losing precious thing in places. there was this announcement from the military in USA to reward their veterans who had fought wars for the country. They setup this strange condition to pay the money that each vet is free to let them measure the distance between two further points in their body and for each inch of that distance , they would get paid $ 1000.
So, most of the vets were asked to be measured from head to toe since it is the further point and the most distance in their body . However, there is this old vet came in and insisted to have them measure the distance between his penis and the balls. The Doctor told him that he won't get much money since there is hardly any distance between these two points . However vet insisted .so, the doctor said okay if you insist and ask him to drop his pant , the vet drop his pant and doctor put the one side of the tape measure on his penis and started to check to see where his balls are, When he could not feel them, he asked, o gosh, where are your balls ? !! . The vet replied all the way to Vietnam.
