This little girl has more balls than most military men.
It takes an extra ordinary individual to oppose the most dangerous terrorist group in this area after Hasan Sabah's Assassins, and live in a dangerous place... and also refusing security.
She is a national hero... something all of should be proud of especially for our young girls.
I take inspiration in brave military men like Khalid Bin Waled, Tipu Sultan, Mob Sheedi and Admiral Yi Sun Sin... This little girl now part of that list. Only Lions can survive bullets wounds in the head.
I pray to Allah for her speedy recovery.

Dr. Sahab should also take stance on this important issue and ask Ullama to issue FATWA on women education, so, no other Malala would get victimize in such a passion, I really wish to see our Ullama to come out from stone ages, and say welcome to the new world.
Dr. Amir Liaquat is bridging the gap between masses and Ullama and I wish that he would do something in this regard.

Unfortunately, we are not promoting the people and work done by people like Dr. Tahir ul Qadri in this regard which is full of references from Quran o Hadees......If the government had distributed copies of the Fatwa On Terrorism by Dr. Qadri to the Madrassas and institutions where potential of extremism is more than other areas, perhaps these situations would not happened.....:(

The terrorist elements brainwash the youth by invoking wrong interpretations of the faith. The youth who advance the objectives of the terrorists should regard themselves out of the fold of Islam in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Prophet (saw). He said that terrorism is terrorism and it cannot be justified under any pretext through allusion to any real or alleged instances of injustice and there is no space for terrorism in Islam.
He regretted the fact that the Islamic teachings, which are based on love, peace and welfare, are being manipulated and quoted out of contexts to serve the designs of the vested interests. He said that Islam spelled out a clear code of conduct during the course of war and gave complete protection to the non-combatants including women, the old, and children etc., so much so that trading centres, schools, hospitals and worship places were also declared as safe.
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, the founding leader and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, has issued his detailed edict (Fatwa) against terrorism which consists of more than 600 pages. The launching ceremony of the Fatwa was held on March 2, 2010 in London (UK). Minhaj-ul-Quran International UK arranged a press conference which was heavily attended by representatives of the international media besides Labour party minister Shahid Malik, members of EU and UK parliaments Sajjad Karim, Muhammad Sarwar, James Finter, ambassadors of Iraq, Germany and other countries, officials of the Home Office, Commonwealth Office and Metropolitan Police, Professors and Muslim and Christian community leaders.
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri presented the anti-terror Fatwa in Urdu and English languages before the international media. It should be kept in mind that Shaykh-ul-Islam had declared to issue a detailed Fatwa against terrorism and suicide bombings in December 2009, which was originally thought to consist of 300 pages, whose volume later on increased to 600 pages due to scholarly dealing of the subject. This Fatwa is the only one of its kind in terms of its intellectual value, penetrating research and authentic allusions. Hence, it is a scholarly and historic document.
Talking to the international media on the occasion, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that ever increasing wave of extremism and terrorism has destroyed the world peace. It is a matter of great misfortune that these terrorist activities of the misguided elements have been bracketed with Islam though the reality is otherwise. He said that majority of the religious scholars condemn terrorism but the condemnation is merely rhetorical. No one has come forward with an authentic and intellectual response to terrorism in the form of a patent decree. Minhaj-ul-Quran International has told the world in no uncertain terms through issuance of this Fatwa that terrorists have nothing to do with Islam. It is a peaceful religion, which not only condemns but also prohibits every kind of terrorism at every level under any pretext.
He said that the suicide bombers are out of the pale of Islam. He hoped that the youth would not become the fodder for the cannons of terrorist elements or extremist organizations after studying the Fatwa.

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that those who want to impose the Islamic order on others by means of force and naked power belong to the group of Khawarij who, during the Caliphate of Hazrat Ali (ra), took up arms and initiated rebellion against the Islamic state in the name of enforcing the Divine Order. The terrorists of today also belong to the same breed of Khawarij. They resemble one another in their appearances, body demeanors and even working. He said that Islam does not approve of the killing of innocent people under any excuse. There is a judicial system to indict the wrong-doers and bring them to book. It is the responsibility of the Islamic state to implement the system of justice and punishment through state-run mechanism and none can be allowed to take law in his hands.
He vehemently condemned those who perpetrate terrorism in the name of religion and branded them as the greatest enemies of Islam. He said that if at all these people have to wage Jihad, they could do so against ignorance, corruption, dearness, poverty and other social evils. He also blasted the opponents of democracy and said that the Holy Prophet (saw) is the champion of the democratic and consultative system. Shaykh-ul-Islam reminded the Islamic governments of the fact that it is their national and religious duty to eliminate terrorism and terrorist networks from their midst. They should continue the military action till the complete elimination of these groups.
In reply to a question, he said that the Islamic governments should allow democracy to flourish and strengthen political system and processes. If the enemies of Islam and Khawarij are totally annihilated, the roots of terrorism would stand dismantled. He deplored that the Muslim youth happened to be the first casualty of terrorism, for they got trapped in the hands of the terrorist for the sake of religion. The major advantage of the Fatwa would be that the youth would be able to know the reality of their actions whether they are choosing the path to hell or heaven.
British cabinet minister, Shahid Malik, paid glowing tribute to Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri and said that he has always projected the real teachings of Islam. His Fatwa would have long-term positive and revolutionary impact on the Muslim community living in UK and elsewhere and would transform mindsets. He assured his full cooperation at the governmental level.
The media men asked Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri a number questions, which he answered satisfactorily. The press conference continued well over three hours. Shaykh-ul-Islam also gave short interviews to different media outlets on the occasion.

انہوں نے کہا کہ ملالہ یوسف زئی کو اپنے لئے خطرہ سمجھنے والوں نے عمل سے ثابت کر دیا کہ وہ اپنی موت آپ مرنے والے ہیں۔ 14 سالہ بچی سے خوف کھانے والے بزدلی کی آخری سیڑھی پر بیٹھ کر اپنی شکست کا ماتم کر رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ مارچ 2010 میں شیخ الاسلام ڈاکٹر محمد طاہر القادری نے دہشت گردی کے خلاف 600 صفحات کا فتویٰ دے کر انسانیت کے ان دشمنوں کو فکری سطح پر شکست فاش دی تھی۔ شیخ الاسلام ڈاکٹر محمد طاہرالقادری کی عالمی سطح پر دہشت گردی کے خاتمے کیلئے کاوشیں بالآخر کامیاب ہونگی اور ملالہ جیسی ذہین بچیوں کا مستقبل محفوظ ہو گا۔مظاہرے میں شریک خواتین اور بچوں نے آخر میں گڑگڑا کر اللہ رب العزت سے ملالہ کی صحت یابی کیلئے دعا کی۔ مظاہرے سے لاہور کی صدر ارشاد اقبال اور دیگر مرکزی اور صوبائی قائدات نے بھی خطاب کیا۔

I didn't had any intention to participate in any online debate because it is not much effective...but when i saw people here criticizing Ulemas, not just criticizing, infact abusing them for no obvious reason, I had to came in.
I dont know why people blame ulemas (By, Ulema, i mean ulema-e-haq..not the garbage)for the worst political, social and economic conditions of the country..I havent seen any righteous alim ever justifying such terrorist activities like the recent incident of attacking Malala...saw a post here that mullahs are limited to just cursing america, israel, or other muslims sects and dont teach about tolerance, family relationships etc...well i heard my mosque's Imam in Jumma sermon for the first time speaking against America(In fact not america, it was about Yahood-o-Nasara) for their recent blasphemous acts..Otherwise i have ever heard him speaking about the rights of parents, the importance of sunnah, Ikhlaq etc..(Although more than half crowd join after the khutbah has ended so that they will not get bored)...and so is the case in respect of dozens of other ulemas i know...
I admit that there are people who r not deserved to b called ulema and are just contaminating their names...but let me ask u a thing..if a doctor commits a crime in the course of his duty, do we curse all the doctors?? we just switch the doctor and looks for other..then y is that if a person sees something bad in an alim, all the ulemas are being abused?? Our media portrays those persons mostly who are not desrved to b called alim...
I am not from a religious background...I had the same vision about the ulemas that our media portrays when i was away from them practically...but when i got involved with them, i came to knw who the real ulemas are... people criticizing them may not know about mufti taqi usmani, mufti rafi usmani, mufti adnan akakhel, mufti abu lubaba, maulana ismail rehan, maulana aslam shekhupuri Shaheed, maulana tariq jameel, and many others who devoted their lives to Islam and pakistan...
The mistake is on our part as well...for our worldly-studies, we look for the best institutes and best teachers..but when it comes to deen, we say :"Molvi sahab abhi to bachy so rahy hain, raat ko ajayega" "molvi sahab zara jaldi parha dena"...we are satisfied at even the lowest part of the islam..we dont even investigate the person teaching islam whether he is actually an alim or not...and when any incident happens, again ulemas are abused and blamed..we say that madarsahs should teach science and other worldly studies but what do our institutes teach about islam?? our engineer, doctor doesnt even gets to know about the basics of islam from their universities, then y do we blame madarsahs for not teaching these studies? (Although madarsahs are taking steps towards the combination of both studies..Jamia-tul-Rasheed madarsah is an epitome for people...MBA and many other course are offered there for alims...Kulyatul-Shariyah, being a compressed alim course, is offered for graduates..but does anyone, blaming the ulemas and thinking himself an itellect, has the dare to devote 4 years for islamic studies after completing their graduates or masters? )...
When it comes to Taliban, i will nor justify neither talk about TTP...but i have knowledge about the Afghan Taliban (Under Mullah umer's command) who are fighting for the freedom of their country...i dont think that fighting for independece of their country is terrorism in any sense...the terrorist acts like sprinkling acid on women faces are not the acts of taliban as stated by Mullah umer in his Eid greeting...they are devoted to islam and their country for which they are still being supported by more than 70% afghans...

Dr Aamir Liaquat hussain Condemn Brutal act of Taliban against Malala Yousafzai
Renowned religious scholar and television host Dr. Amir Liaquat has joined program Appas Ki Baat on Geo News and express himself on cowardly attack on Malala Yousufzai.
In response to the statement issued by alleged Taliban, in which they have misinterpreted verses of Quran and said that Hazrat Khizar (AS) have killed young boy, due to the reason Allah Subhanahu Talla, has given him knowledge about the fate of the boy, that he will become evil and spread caos in the society and will make his parents disobey commandments of Allah Subhanahu Talla, that is why Hazrat Khizar (AS)
had killed the young boy.
Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain has strongly condemn the incident and have said irony of the situation is that they have committed a heinous crime and now they are giving justification while narrating misinterpretations of Quran, fate of the boy was revealed to Hazrat Khizar (AS) by Allah Azzojal Himself, are they trying to say that they are also getting revelations?
Are they claiming to be Prophet? This is sheer denial of the teaching of Islam and this is the high time that Ulama-e-Karam should come forward and address the issue, as culprits are destroying image of Islam and it is hence proved that they got nothing to do with Islam and
they should be recognized as non Muslims officially.
We cant deny importance of dialogue, as dialogues have been carried out with non believers at many levels but we have opened dialogues with them many times in the past and they do not consider opinions of
other religious scholars, and labeled others as non Muslim, this is not acceptable at all, who has given them authority to call others as non Muslims?
I am just a student of religion and dont consider myself on such level to take necessary measures in this regard, but Ulama are sole responsible to address on this cult, when the end of time comes, Ulama will be
answerable for this incident, the time has come that they feel their responsibility and come forward, they should sit together and resolve this issue, so, that no other Malala would get victimize in a very same passion.
Culprits are trying to deviate situation, while giving misinterpretations, what kind of Taliban they really are as far as I know, Mulla Umar of Afghanistan has condemn them and disassociate himself from these
Talibans, Mulla Umar is against suicide bombing, he is against destroying schools and institutions, he is against killing Muslims, we have to research and determine who they really are before even calling them
Taliban.
I strongly believe that no religious scholar would agree to what they had been saying in support of their heinous crime, they have basically disgraced verses of Quran, while quoting details of Blind Companion of
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in which he had killed his wife, but one should seek the details before even think to quote it like that, she had been committing crime of blasphemy continuously that is why she was
killed.

اسلام کی بنیادی تعلیمات، اور عین اسلام وہی ہے جو ہمیں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے حاصل ہوئی ہیں، اور اس کے علاوہ کوئی اسلام نہیں۔ اور اسی شرعی ضابطے کے تحت علم حاصل کرنا ہر مسلمان مرد و عورت پر فرض ہے۔ یہ متفق علیہ حدیث ہے جس پر کوئی انگلی یا سوال نہیں اٹھا سکتا۔ اسلام تو حصول تعلیم کو فرض قرار دیتا ہے، جبکہ مغرب اسے حق قرار دیتا ہے۔ ہمیں حق اور فرض میں فرق رکھنا چاہیے۔ حق حاصل کیا جاسکتا ہے، اور فرض انسان کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ اوریہ صرف مردوں کے لیے نہیں بلکہ خواتین کے لیے بھی ہے۔ لہذا یہ کوئی تاویل مانی ہی نہیں جا سکتی کہ کمسن بچی چونکہ علم حاصل کرنا چاہتی تھی تو اسے اسلام کے مطابق نشانہ بنایا گیا۔
ایسی تشریحات کی اسلام میں کوئی حیثیت نہیں۔ سب سے بڑی بدقسمتی یہ ہے کہ پہلے آپ گھنائونا جرم کریں اور پھر اس کی بچگانہ، شرمناک بلکہ افسوس ناک تاویل بھی پیش کریں، اسے جسٹیفائی کرنے کی کوشش کریں۔
یہ جو واقعہ تاویل کے طور پر بیان کرنا چاہ رہے ہیں وہ حضرت خضر علیہ السلام اور حضرت موسی علیہ السلام کے درمیان مکالمہ کا ذکر ہے۔ جو قرآن پاک کی آیات سے ثابت ہے اور اللہ سبحان تعالی نے یہ ملاقات کروائی گئی تھی، میں سوال کرنا چاہتا ہوں کہ کیا یہ دہشت گرد نبوت کا دعوی کرنا چاہ رہے ہیں۔ کیا یہ بتانا چاہتے ہیں کہ ان پر بھی وحی نازل ہوتی ہے نعوذ باللہ۔ کہ کچھ نہیں ہیں، صرف جنگجو لوگ ہیں جو اسلام کے نام پر لوگوں پر خوف بٹھا کر حکومت کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ ان کا اسلام سے کوئی تعلق نہیں، یہ خوارج ہیں، جنہیں اسلام سے خارج قرار دیا گیا ہے۔
گفتگو تو بدترین حالات میں بھی کی جاسکتی ہے۔ خوارجین سے جو جنگیں ہوئی ہیں ان میں بھی مذاکرات کیے ہیں۔ گفگتو، نیگوسی ایشن مذاکرات کا راستہ کبھی بند نہیں ہوتا۔ مگر اس وقت جو صورت حال ہے میرے خیال میں آپ نے بار ہا مذاکرات اور گفگتو کرچکے ہیں۔ لیکن اس کے باوجود وہ اپنی روش پر قائم ہیں، کہ ان کے سوا سب کافر، ان کے سوا سب غیر مسلم، تو یہ ایسے تو بات نہیں بنے گی۔ انہیں کس نے اختیار دیا کسی کو کافر کہنے کی، یا اپنے آپ کو صحیح سمجھنے کی۔
میں تو اپنے آپ کو شرعی امور کا ادنی طالب علم بھی نہیں سمجھتا، مگر میری بساط کے مطابق اب خاموشی کا وقت نہیں ہے، آواز تو بلند کرنا ہوگی، مولانا حسن جان کی طرح شہادت پیش کرنا ہوگی۔ اب وقت آگیا ہے کہ علمائے دین کو بیٹھنا ہوگا، اور علم، عقل اور شریعت کی رو سے تشریحات طے کرنا ہوں گی۔ روز محشر علماء زیادہ جوابدار ہیں۔ انہیں آواز اٹھانی ہوگی۔
خاکم بدہن، پاکستان کی کیا شناخت رہی ہے۔ علم کی شمع روشن کرنے والی بچیوں کے سروں پر شناخت پوچھ کر گولیاں مار دی جائیں، کیا اس لیے بنایا تھا پاکستان، کہاں ہے دو قومی نظریہ، لوگ واقعات کو غلط رنگ دے رہے ہیں، منسوب کررہے ہیں، کیا قتل کے علاوہ کوئی حل نہیں ہے، یہ کون سے طالبان ہیں، میری دانست میں یہ افغانستان کے ملا عمر والے طالبان نہیں ہیں، ملا عمر تو لاتعلقی کا اظہار کرتے ہیں، وہ خودکش حملوں اور اسکول تباہ کرنے کے مخالف ہیں، ان کے بیانات موجود ہیں اخبارات میں۔ ہمیں تحقیق کرکے پہلے یہ طے کرنا ہوگا کہ یہ کون ہیں؟
حکومت کیا صرف مذمت، عیادت اور ہدایات جاری کرنے کے لیے ہے، یہ مسئلے کا حل نہیں ہے، تحفظ حکومت کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ حکومت اپنی عملداری قائم کرے۔ علماء کو آن بورڈ لے۔ مذاکرات سے اور علم و عقل سے شریعت کی روشنی میں تشریحات طے کرنا ہونگی۔
کوئی عالم دین ان تشریحات کے حق میں نہیں، دین محمدی ایسے واقعات کی مذمت کرتا ہے۔ یہ تو کتاب اللہ اور احکام شریعت کی توہین کی گئی ہے۔ یہ ایک صحابی کا واقعہ دلیل کے طور پر پیش کرتے ہیں جنہوں نے اپنی نابینا زوجہ کو قتل کردیا تھا۔ اس واقعہ کے حقائق سے آگاہ ہونا چاہیے اس کی وجوہات کچھ اور تھیں، صحابہ کی زوجہ مسلسل گستاخیوں کی مرتکب ہوئی تھیں۔
یہ چند بھٹکے ہوئے گمراہ لوگ ہیں، جو شریعت محمدی کی آڑ میں اپنی فرسودہ سوچ مسلط کرنا چاہتے ہیں، ان کی بات کو اہمیت ہی نہیں دینی چاہئے۔
معروف مذہبی اسکالر ڈاکٹر عامر لیاقت حسین نے جیو نیوز پر آپس کی بات نجم سیٹھی کے ساتھ میں ملالہ یوسف زئی پر افسوسناک قاتلانہ حملے پر اظہار افسوس کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ۔۔۔
اسلام کی بنیادی تعلیمات، اور عین اسلام وہی ہے جو ہمیں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے حاصل ہوئی ہیں، اور اس کے علاوہ کوئی اسلام نہیں۔ اور اسی شرعی ضابطے کے تحت علم حاصل کرنا ہر مسلمان مرد و عورت پر فرض ہے۔ یہ متفق علیہ حدیث ہے جس پر کوئی انگلی یا سوال نہیں اٹھا سکتا۔ اسلام تو حصول تعلیم کو فرض قرار دیتا ہے، جبکہ مغرب اسے حق قرار دیتا ہے۔ ہمیں حق اور فرض میں فرق رکھنا چاہیے۔ حق حاصل کیا جاسکتا ہے، اور فرض انسان کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ اوریہ صرف مردوں کے لیے نہیں بلکہ خواتین کے لیے بھی ہے۔ لہذا یہ کوئی تاویل مانی ہی نہیں جا سکتی کہ کمسن بچی چونکہ علم حاصل کرنا چاہتی تھی تو اسے اسلام کے مطابق نشانہ بنایا گیا۔
ایسی تشریحات کی اسلام میں کوئی حیثیت نہیں۔ سب سے بڑی بدقسمتی یہ ہے کہ پہلے آپ گھنائونا جرم کریں اور پھر اس کی بچگانہ، شرمناک بلکہ افسوس ناک تاویل بھی پیش کریں، اسے جسٹیفائی کرنے کی کوشش کریں۔

Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain has strongly condemn the incident and have said irony of the situation is that they have committed a heinous crime and now they are giving justification while narrating misinterpretations of Quran, fate of the boy was revealed to Hazrat Khizar (AS) by Allah Azzojal Himself, are they trying to say that they are also getting revelations?
Are they claiming to be Prophet? This is sheer denial of the teaching of Islam and this is the high time that Ulama-e-Karam should come forward and address the issue, as culprits are destroying image of Islam and it is hence proved that they got nothing to do with Islam and

I am just a student of religion and dont consider myself on such level to take necessary measures in this regard, but Ulama are sole responsible to address on this cult, when the end of time comes, Ulama will be
answerable for this incident, the time has come that they feel their responsibility and come forward, they should sit together and resolve this issue, so, that no other Malala would get victimize in a very same passion.

Talibans, Mulla Umar is against suicide bombing, he is against destroying schools and institutions, he is against killing Muslims, we have to research and determine who they really are before even calling them
Taliban.
I strongly believe that no religious scholar would agree to what they had been saying in support of their heinous crime, they have basically disgraced verses of Quran, while quoting details of Blind Companion of
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in which he had killed his wife, but one should seek the details before even think to quote it like that, she had been committing crime of blasphemy continuously that is why she was
