I am challenging you to provide an evidence of a single new university or single new hospital in KPK. Was 5 year not enough time to built a new hospital or new university.

Sorry to disappoint you my friend … This is your problem. Instead of providing a straight answer and taking responsibility, you go for your regular defence … start blaming others for things they haven't done. Right now the question was about this experienced government who has been ruling Punjab for 30 plus years and have really nothing to show for … so tell your stupid a## leader to stop saying that he has converted Lahore into Paris. Now since you are a drainage professional and I am not and you also talked about our neighbours (well Nawaz's favorite friend and business partner) India plus you talked about Holland in your reply to another forum which is certainly beyond hilarious …. so I used internet for literally less than 5 minutes and showing you 3 videos which are old but perhaps will help you personally and professionally plus increase your knowledge about Holland/Netherlands which is a country which is next to North Sea so does get Sea Storms in the season and is also at least 20 feet below the sea level plus has 3 major rivers running throughout the country. So enjoy my friend:

As far as education goes in Punjab, I will let just these couple of articles that I found expose your tall claims about education in Punjab:

https://thediplomat.com/2017/11/is-...-meeting-its-education-challenge-effectively/

https://tribune.com.pk/story/1638478/1-11-million-children-schools-punjab/

Also for my as well as other forum members benefit, would love to see some proof that World Bank (which has invested over $200m in approx. last 10 years in Punjab for education improvement and I am sure most of that money disappeared in the Sharif's coffers) has recommended Punjab's education system to the rest of the developing world. Come on buddy … do your research and get the facts before making these nonsensical claims.

And this is what I found when I just typed "education in KPK" … just showing you couple of articles out of thousands:

https://www.globalvillagespace.com/kpk-government-brings-revolutionary-changes-in-education-sector/

https://www.globalvillagespace.com/education-kpk-governments-steps-towards-betterment/

https://tribune.com.pk/story/1584291/1-k-p-tops-district-education-rankings/

Now you want to talk about health and hospitals, Google is your friend … these articles were not written by me:

https://cricistan.com/threads/how-k...-than-punjab-during-past-5-years.46260/page-2

https://trendspak.com/kpk-health-department-progress/

https://www.economist.com/asia/2017...proves-services-in-pakistans-wildest-province

https://tribune.com.pk/story/824196...hes-health-insurance-for-the-underprivileged/

So my friend here is an inexperience team who still did a lot in a small province which was affected by terrorism like no other province and does not even a big revenue generator like Punjab and Sindh. What I have shared with you above are facts and not just BS. So it's a shame that even after having power 3 times federally and for over 30 years provincially, all these Sharifs have to show for is their own personal wealth and really nothing significant or life changing for a common man. Obviously this elite status quo mafia wouldn't be ashamed as for being ashamed one needs some dignity and morality which this corrupt mafia lacks big time. So my friend even though I know you are somehow a beneficiary of this corrupt system personally but I would like you to think for once beyond that and think of Pakistan and then imagine what Imran can do for the nation if he gets the chance to lead the nation if he can achieve in 5 years for a very small province. I rest my case and let the readers be the judge.

For your kind information, none of your so-called highly developed neighbors have his system. I am referring India. This was a 38 years highest monsoon event and even it was in Europe it would have taken a day to clear this. No developing country can afford this that is why it is not anywhere except in developed world. Even in developed world pipes are not designed for such a big event because huge cost is required. Have your leader installed this in Peshawar? No, because it is not required as there are other areas where money is required more than once in 38 year incident. I am drainage professional and for these kinds of event it is very common and typical that water will stay on roads up to 24 hours. Check how many roads get big hole as a result of sewer break up or rains in the USA. When your leader is asked what he has done in KPK then he says that he fixed police and education. In recent Peshawar Board results all first positions were gained by private schools. If you get time read on Punjab's public private education improvement system which world bank has recommended for the entire developing world. Shahbaz Sharif do not talk about education because he have so many mega projects to show but what PTI have in KPK. Not a single hospital and not a single university. Punjab Government opened 19 new universities in the same period and several new hospitals.

It was 252 mm rain in few hours which no drainage system in the world can handle that. There was about 150 mm rain in 2013 in the Canadian City where I reside and entire downtown was under water and closed for one week. In rare situations it happens everywhere in the world.
The linked you have shown are opinion of Pakistani people in Pakistani local newspaper which are not even known news papers. Was anything changed in KPK, the answer is no, on the other hand Punjab government educational public private partnership is appreciated by world bank and it is recommended to entire developing world. There were 19 new Universities established by Punjab government and note even one by KPK government. This is the area where KPK government claim that they are the best. The most economical way of electricity is hydropower and hydropower is only available in KPK and not in Punjab, Sindh or Baluchistan. KPK government produced 6 Mega Watt electricity in its 5 years and on the other hand Punjab Government produced about 5000 Mega Watt. Punjab government completed Multan and Rawalpindi metro bus projects, one orangeline train project and working on two others whereas KPK government was not able to complete one metro project in Peshawar.

Abbottabad university is actually Hazara University Abbottabad Campus which was renamed as Abbottabad University. It is clearly written on University's web site. Chitral University was founded in 2007 as per their web site. University of Mardan is a sub campus of Engineering University Peshawar which is renamed as Mardan University. These are political games; while interview to BBC Khan was unable to name a single new university in KPK.
