Calling to Pakistan is more expensive relative to to most of the other countries India China Thailand.

Noora Patwaris were active during Zardari time when he increase tax on calling to Pakistan, there were several threads made on this forum but now Patwaris don't bother.

Not sure about other messaging app. but tried Line to Line voice calls using UFONE GPRS network and it worked with acceptable voice quality.
