سارا مسئلہ سزاۓ موت کا ہے. جو مولوی بار بار گستاخ کو موت کی سزا کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں اور اس بارے میں سیرت نبوی صلی الله علیہ وسلم سے حوالے دیتے ہیں ان حوالوں میں بھی بار بار گستاخی کرنے والوں کو موت کی سزا دی گئی ہے. پاکستان میں تو کسی کہ منہ سے الفاظ نکلتے نہیں اور مجمع ہی ان کو جلا دیتا ہے. اور اس سے بچ جائیں تو عدالت سیدھا انکو سزاۓ موت دے دیتی ہے اس سے کم پر عوام نہیں مانتی. سزاۓ موت اگر کسی کو دینی بھی ہے تو بہت ہی ایکسٹریم کیس میں بار بار گستاخی جو کہ فساد فی الارض ہے ،کرنے پر ہی دی جاسکتی ہے. مولوی تو صحابہ سے بھی بڑے عاشق رسول صلی الله علیہ وسلم ہیں

I still didn't get it, what is the decision by Supreme Court. They must have used some reasons to acquit here and over turn the decision of lower courts and high court.

Thats why i said Credible Ulema - unless in your opinion every Aalim e Deen is biased. A better word of choice could be Qazi instead alim .. :) also its should work as board and not individual.
