25000 MW Is enough for the whole country. If it can be produced by KPK then the govt should cooperate with the provincial government otherwise with its funds provincial government will also be able to generate from 2 to 4 thousand MW but in great interest of Pakistan the Central government should also take part in it. And yes making electricity is possible by the provincial governments as well to contribute in the national energy demand.

Don't you know that PMLN holds monoply on daydreaming?:)
PMLN has to build motorways in the whole country, bullet train from Peshawar to Karachi, elimination of loadshedding in two years, rapid bus services in all the major cities of the country etc etc.(omg)(omg)

Where there is a will there is a way................OGRA, OGDC, foreign accounts, and blocking corruption would help resolve the issue.

Provinces can generate revenue to an extent but they can't compete with center.Pakistan is a federation, not a confederation.Even if provinces generate electricity, they have to add it to national grid that comes under federal govt.Ask federal govt to give the provinces authority in transmission and distribution and you will see that there will be no load shedding in Sindh and KPK.
