Whoever looses, he will say this is rigging. It is a common in Pakistani Politic. Let PTI accept that there was rigging in KPK, they will never say. Same Let PPP accept that there was rigging in Sindh, they will never say. I don't know how much your age but i have seen at least 5 elections. No-doubt these elections were fair than previous.

It is a common practice in all the elections. You can google it. You can get the answers how many for last few elections?

In 1988, 18% extra ballot papers, in 1990, 15% extra, in 1993, 4% extra, in 1997, 10% extra, in 2002, 7% extra, in 2008, 7% extra and in 2013, 6.8% extra.

I asked for the source as the issue is not the extra ballot papers, but its uneven distribution, so i wanted to see how they were distributed over the constituencies?

Like During 2013 election there were only 2 constituencies in KPK with extra ballot papers(extra mean over 4-5% normal extras) and one of them was of Mian g's son in law. There were not printed any in Sindh. In Lahore, in one constituency there were only few(about 5-10(not 5%-10%) extra ballots) and in the very next constituency there were 1,26,000 extra ballot papers were printed. This was one the biggest circumstantial evidence proving planned rigging.

NA-48 Islamabad, where PTI leader Asad Umar had won the by-polls, approximately 320,000 ballot papers were printed by the election authority, 26,000 more than the registered votes in the constituency.
NA-72 Mianwali, ( IK). 402,100 ballots were printed against the 371,374 voters in the constituency.

This all was discussed in JC and JC declared all these evidences null and void.

Regarding convincing factor, I know many of PTI friends on my facebook page has left PTI. The Major reason was Justice Wajih issue and now this JC report has added.

You are right, Justice Wajih has also done bad to PTI more than this JC issue.

Extra ballot papers in PTI's halkas doesn't mean that there weren't any PMLN's candidate in that halka. The circumstantial evidence indicates that it was done for PMLN as PMLN selected Punjab's ECP members, Punjab's CM, ROs who allegedly did for CJ Iftikhar was given special treatment after retirement and his son was appointed Investment Chairman. BUT, JC did not ask for its investigation.
