Making love according to “Jihad of marriage” in Syria told by Velayat TV


Valayat TV air confession of so called “Women Jahadists ” and claim that a fatwa named as ” Jihad Nekaah ” is issued by Vahabi religious leaders in which it is promised that girls who care about sexual desire of combatant fighting against Syrian regime , and make love with them , are going straight to paradise !

Boss I have given you link of news which was posted in Mar 2013 & your sources aired it yesterday....Pakistan was created in 1947 & if channel will say that today it doesn't become a new news....I hope I have clarified my point & if you will search siasat.pk you will find same news posted way back earlier.

Mutta is called Massiyar (If i remember correctly) in sunni sects. It is widely used by Iraqis, Syrians ,Egyptians & Lebanese People.

People interpret Qurans Ruling to justify their own causes. These women are stupid to follow the "Fatwa" if its against the teaching of Islam.

There is a hadith (Again my memory is deteriorating due to info overload) about a group of Muslims, who disobeyed their Ameer (Made by Rasool Allahpbuh ) , because on a petty dispute he ordered his companions to jump in fire. Rasool Allah pbuh said those who disobeyed, in fact were correct, if they had followed the ameer, they would have remained in hell in their after life. (If ameer is wrong, then you shouldn't follow him blindly). (May Allah pardon me if i quoted the hadith wrong).

No my friend you are wrong Nikah Misyar & Mutta are two different concepts.

Nikkah Misyar = where women give away right of husband of any financial contribution for maintaining her.

Mutta = Marriage contract which is bound by time i.e it can be 1 hours, 1 day, i year or 10 years.

Hope I have made my point clear, I am not here to create any drift between Shia & Sunnis.

ٹانک کے ساتھ ساتھ جہادی بھی مسیار کے متعلق جھوٹ بولتے ہیں کہ اسکا مطلب ہے کہ عورت اپنے چند حقوق معاف کر دے۔


نہیں، بلکہ مسیار "دھوکے والی شادی" ہے۔

آج کل جو عرب ممالک میں مسیار شادی کو فروغ دیا جا رہا ہے تو یہ ہرگز ہرگز عقد متعہ نہیں، بلکہ یہ دھوکے کی شادی ہے، جس میں لڑکی سے نکاح کرتے وقت اسے بتلایا جاتا ہے کہ مکمل دائمی نکاح کیا جا رہا ہے، لیکن دل میں نیت کچھ عرصے بعد طلاق دینے کی ہوتی ہے۔ عالم ِاسلام کے خصوصآ ً سلفی و وہابی و اہلحدیث حضرات کے بلند پایہ پیشوا اور سعودی ِعرب کے سابق مفتی ِاعظم شیخ ابن باز فرماتے ہیں:

اگر کوئی شخص (سٹوڈنٹ) مغربی ملک میں اس نیت سے شادی کرتا ہے کہ اپنی تعلیم مکمل ہونے کے بعد یا نوکری ملنے کے بعد لڑکی کو طلاق دے دے گا تو اس میں تمام علماء کی رائے کے مطابق ہرگز کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔ نیت کا یہ معاملہ اللہ اور اسکے بندے کے درمیان ہے اور یہ نیت نکاح کی شرائط میں سے نہیں ہے۔
عقد متعہ اور مسیار میں فرق یہ ہے کہ عقد متعہ میں باقاعدہ ایک مقررہ وقت کے بعد طلاق کی شرط موجود ہے جیسے مہینے ، دو مہینے یا سال یا دو سال وغیرہ۔ عقد متعہ میں جب یہ مدت ختم ہو جاتی ہے تو خود بخود طلاق ہو جاتی ہے اور نکاح منسوخ ہو جاتا ہے، چنانچہ یہ شرط عقد متعہ کو حرام بناتی ہے۔ لیکن اگر کوئی شخص اللہ اور اسکے رسول ص کی سنت کے مطابق نکاح کرتا ہے، چاہے وہ دل میں طلاق کی نیت ہی کیوں نہ رکھتا ہو کہ جب وہ مغربی ملک کو تعلیم کے بعد چھوڑے گا تو لڑکی کو طلاق دے دے گا، تو اس چیز میں کوئی مضائقہ نہیں، اور یہ ایک طریقہ ہے جس سے انسان اپنے آپ کو برائیوں سے محفوظ رکھ سکتا ہے اور زناکاری سے بچ سکتا ہے، اور یہ اہل علم کی رائے ہے۔

Mutta is totally haram as per Sunnis & Misyar is conditionally allowed not by all Sunnis.

Mehwish....Islam ko MQM na samajhna bohat pachtaoo gee...islam is not going to be interpreted by Tafoo & I don't lie like MQM & it's followers.

Well, Its your opinion. Massayar is basically another type of Enslavement of Girl. She can be someone's wife for indefinite time, but she has no right what so ever over her husband (The Right, which is given by Allah and no man can take it away). (Isn't it how the western couples live?)

Both Mutta & Massayar are wrong. NO matter in which sugar coated wrapping you give them. If an act is not allowed by Allah or Rasool, then it is wrong, no matter what IJTIHAD aur FATWA says.

Still you are wrong in Nikah Misyar women give away only financial rights, "I am not promoting Nikah Misyar in any case", reason it is common in Gulf countries is because there are many women who are extremely rich and who normally get share from their fathers which is in millions of dollars what they want is to ensure that after getting married Husbands don't get any monetary benefit out of marriage which is like a guarantee for them for their business & financial condition.

Why I am saying that is because vice president of Chamber in Dubai was a women who did this type of Nikah for the sake of keeping her business for herself & her kids...

Nikaj Misyar is not time bounded & if anyone is bounding it with time then it is as good as Zina..
