Nope Quran and Hadith both are pillars of Islam we won't know about fasting, prayers, husband wife rules ,zakat etc without Hadith

Before Hadith books Early Muslims had only oral and verbal transmission of Islamic teachings. Hadith books were written to preserve that knowledge for future generations. If there were no Hadith books, Muslims today would have just followed their elders Islamic traditions just like early Muslims. Key is generational knowledge of Islam. Hadith books were written hundred years after the advent of Islam. So what's written there is generational knowledge of that time

No religion has any copyright on "real" beliefs or tenants. There are huge Christian sects who have their own prophets such as Mormons and those that don't even celebrate birth of Jesus Christ such as Yehova Witnesses. Yet they are still considered Christian of faith

Then it should be enough to believe in Allah and prophet Muhammad to be considered a Muslim. Kalima Shahadat and Kalama Tayyaba says exactly that. Why then create categories for Munker Hadith, Munker Khatme Nabuwat, Muker this, Munker that only to declare them Kafir?

This is very simple; A factory makes "Fine Products" and there are certain requirement for a product to be classified as Fine Product but during the production some of the products do not qualify as "Fine Products" because of something wrong with them, so they get to go to garbage Or B class Or damaged and therefore can't be called or count as 'Fine Product" , Hence Islam is a factory that only makes and accepts FINE Products called MUSLIMS. Rest you know.
