India is a secular democratic state with a secular Constitution which gives equal rights to all citizens .Muslims can become p.m. president, cm, chief justice , chief election commissioner, any post.
In Pakistan no Muslims don't have equal rights with Muslims .

And as soon India will announce for UN to appoint its mission for plebescite the government of azad kashmir will ask Pak Army to withdraw! So when is India asking UN to proceed? Tell us.. When are Indians pressuring Modi to announce plebiscite in Kashmir?

So, if somebody or some group wants to dclare us non-Muslim, he will have to prove that according to Islamic laws.
