IK will fail in this particular test. He will not fire IG because this IG has been tasked to carry out ‘reforms’. He will not fire Basharat b/c he is still a PMLQ man. He will not change Buzdar b/c he was recommended by Peerni.

سانحہ تو بے شک بڑا ہے لیکن یہاں جوش کی بجائے ہوش سے کام لینا ہوگا ورنہ یہاں بھی مجرم ٹیکنیکلیٹیز کا سہارہ لے کر عدالت سے چھوٹ جائیں گے۔

ہمارے کچھ دوست اس واقعے کو سانحہ ماڈل ٹاون سے ملا کر وزیر اعلیٰ اور وزیر اعظم کو شامل تفتیش کرنے کا مطالبہ کر رہے ہیں ان کی خدمت میں عرض ہے کہ ماڈل ٹاون واقعہ میں الزام براہ راست شہباز ،نواز اور رانا ثنا پر لگا تھا۔ اور پھر طاہر القادری کے آنے سے پہلے خواجہ سعد رفیق کا سبق سکھانے کی دھمکی کو سارے میڈیا نے نشر کی تھی۔ اس لیے اس واقعے کو ماڈل ٹاون سے ملانا بالکل غلط بلکہ جہالت ہے۔​

in provincial govt of Punjab, candidates are weak and even the CM is an old time PML-N person. So the culture of N league still exists in Punjab govt since mostly it is their people unlike KP govt which has strong clean personalities who know how to market themselves and improve the province.
the cream of PTI is in federal govt
if you compare the development and updates of Punjab and KP; there is world of a difference. Unfortunately IK will have to act as CM of Punjab as well as PM of Pakistan to bring major changes
