exactly when Musharraf tried their army destroy the formula, its more than input...like wise Pakistani army did much time, for India and Pakistan policies are controlled by armies of both countries, its more than input ...All armies has input in foreign policies specially of strategics kind.......

Every PM,Fm is puppet in pak, India appoint FM bcz for them pak is not only issue they deal with whole world however for pak even their FM need clearance for their army .Kia logic hay....?

If there is no need of FM and foreign policy is control by army then why 10 years Pak foreign policy was very passive? And why all of sudden it became aggressive?
