No, it is not 100 % true. If that was the case then why Zardari and Nawaz blaming Army for everything?

Had Army told them about Memo Gate and Dawn leaks-1 and 2?

And why diplomacy is very aggressive now a days?

Was it Army who had stopped Zardari and Nawaz from doing so?

Was it Army who had told Nawaz to not appoint any foreign minister for 4 years?

Was it Army who had stopped Fazlu or Nawaz to say anything about Kashmir or Kalbushan?

Was it Army who had allowed Modi and his men to attend Nawaz's grand daughter without any visa to Pakistan?

No man it is not true that army controls all foreign policy. Civilian govt has to take army input on strategic issues but not messing diplomatic ties with even Islamic country.

Nawaz and Zardari were and are American and Western puppets and they destroyed Pakistan image and economy in the best of their skills.

Mushi was near in agreement with India, but India had withdrawn at 11th hour. Their army also doesn't want to resolve Kashmir issue.
