There is no link of your post and kicking out Hashmi from the assembly. If IK and SMQ can leave the parliament then why not JH and that case when he betrayed with party.

He can leave the parliament with his own free will if IK does it then the message will be clear enough that even an elected president is being ordered around by IK (who was elected uncontested which is as good as being non-elected).

No. JH is elected president of PTI. Per PTI by laws, he cannot be removed from that position without two third majority of all elected official. However, as President , JH can continue to keep those PTI members in assembly who have not resigned.

No, you are wrong. He can be be kicked out from the party through proper process as well as from NA seat.

He is party president and any such decision without his presence shows that there is no democracy within party and elected president is ignored in major decisions taken. PTI hyped the party elections too much, its their claim that 'elected' leaders can not be bossed around by anyone because they come through process - everyone is observing now how correct those claims are.
