I'm not a big fan of CJ since he seems to be aligned to PML-N (not taking any action against stay order of Shahbaz Sharif govt and not following money laudery cases against Sharif family in NAB). Najam Sethi is trying hard to prove himself to be loyal to the govt (actually his wife just got promoted to 22 grade officer by advice of PM Gilani). He wrote some article in Mushi era claiming CJ had BMW bearing # RAZIA1 and Mushi also cited it in papers submitted to Supreme Judicial council. That was later proved false allegation. Now I have some questions:
1) Why the PCO CJ Hamid Dogar right after taking oath suspended that Order if it never existed?
2) Unless CM doesn't give green light to the recommended judges (All clear and not invloved in any FIR or investigation) the Governer can not appoint them. Judges speak through their judgment, now if CJ is explaining something about appointment of HC judges because all High Courts are overloaded with cases and governers are holding those recommendations, what's wrong with it (Altogather 72 judges poisition are still vacant)?

If he is not a LEGAL CJ then why don't your Qaid-e-Tafreek come on the TV channels and say that our CJ is not a legal and because we have pain of all Pakistanis in our heart that is why we are going to bring this case into Parliment or where ever you want.....................why NOT... :?
and as everyone in Pakistan knows that altaf can not digest his food without saying anything on TELE............. [hilar] I don't know, his stomac must be in bits at this stage.

I get the feeling Sethi MAY HAVE some motives here. Perhaps attacking CJ to get even for the govt's disgrace? His mention of the book at this time could not have been a sheer coincidence. But thats freedom of press
