If you don't see the options underlined in blue...click on the button that is underlined in red..and you will see the siasat and lounge options...

Under siasat, you have siasi discussion, siasi videos sub forums etc
Under Lounge, you have non-siasi, Islamic sub forum
click the siasat or lounge button and a drop down menu will appear...choose the sub-forum that you want and then click the Post New Thread Button that is circled in black
