How many people want to have Sharia Law and Khilafat Style of Govt in Pakistan?

Me and every Muslim.
No Muslim can deny Shariat, otherwise, he is denying the Allah SWT's order in the Holy Quran and the Sunnat of the Prophet PBUH.
Please read Surat Shoura versus 13 to 17. How Allah SWT has ordered to implement Islamic Sharyat where ever you have a estate otherwise you will be severely punished.
This is the joint declaration of whole Muslim Ummat, denial of a single world of the Holy Quran is out of the circle of Islam, mean he/she is no more Muslim.

Difficult for me to answer .. which sharia.. and who will be caliph ..we don't have abubakar umar usman ali available and even they were martyred .. I think true islamic democrcy is the only way forward . And I have a modle for that how will it work i made a project mark my word I will become pm of pakistan one day inshallah I will try my best to develop pakistan and pakistani nation

شرعی قانون کے نافذ ہونے یہ نہ ہونے سے پاکستان میں کچھ خاص فرق نہیں پڑے گا. اصل بات یہ ہے کہ ہم سب لوگ خود شرعی احکامات کے مطابق اپنی زندگی گزاریں. عمل میں ہم لوگ شیطان ہیں تو کیا خاک فائدہ ہونا ہے شرعی قوانین کے نفاذ کا. اگر رسول اکرم pbuh کے دور میں یہ قانون نافذ تھا تو صحابہ کرام :razi: بھی اپنے ایمان اور عمل میں بے مثال تھے. پہلے اپنے آپ کو صحیح کرو. قانون بھی اسکے بعد نافذ ہو جائے گا

what do we call sharia? the one that was seen recently in afghanistan?
or we are idealizing the early islamic model.
ok , i know most of ambitious zealous folks will say the early islamic model, or the model of khulfai rashiden. my next question, who in today's day and age do you think is capable of rolling out a sharia in which the khalifa will be roaming in disguise among his awaaam, living in utmost poverty, making sure every house hold is sleeping stomach full, fully subject to law of state, and literally follow the pathway laid down by the first four khulafa !!!! and if that is not possible, why should we accept a modern sharia which may end up seeming more like afghanistan, or to some extent that brief sharia like model in swat for those few months.
its a tricky question even when i think unbiased and with full receptiveness.
and this is purely hypothetical at this stage. I am not even going to go into as to who should be allowed to oversee it

besides rhetoric, I think these are serious questions to be answered, once we are able to get over the choice of leader or leaders ... (can't see it happening in current day and age)

ہم اپنے دین سے اتنے دور ہو گئے ہیں کہ ہمیں اپنے دین کے احکامات کا علم ہی نہیں ہے
اور جب کوئی بتانے کی کوشش بھی کرے تو اس کا مذاق اڑاتے ہیں
ہم پہلی سیڑھی کو چھوڑ کر آخری سیڑھی پر قدم رکھنا چاہتے ہیں
پہلی سیڑھی پر قدم جمع لیں تو آخری سیڑھی پر آسانی سے پہنچ سکتے ہیں
ہماری ساری بحث اگر ، مگر اور لیکن کے گرد گھومتی ہے
خود اپنے آپ پر نظر نہیں ڈالتے
جو بات اپنے مطلب اور مفاد میں ہوتی ہے وہ ہی اچھی لگتی ہے
ہمارا دین کہتا ہے کہ ، دین میں مکمل داخل ہو جاؤ ، مگر ہم پھر بھی اعتراضات کرتے رہتے ہیں

شریعت کسی مسلک کی موحتاج نہیں. کسی بھی مسلک کا اس پر کوئی حق نہیں.
اور اگر نفاذ کرنا مقصود ہو تو تمام مسالک ٨٠ % مسائل پر متفق ہیں.اور جو بنیادی قوانین ہیں اس پر تمام مسلک ١٠٠ % متفق ہیں .بات آخر میں ہماری اور ہمارے نفس کی ہے.ہماری آنا کی ہے.کہ ہم کتنے متفق ہیں اسلام سے دین سے.
