what a stupid video this is,

I never endorsed every thought of hassan nisaar, on basic islamic principles he wasn't very clear (although I know from many of my religious family members that Niqaab is not Fard but Hijaab is, i.e. wearing scarf and covering your body, It was fard on prophet's(PBUH) wives and family to cover their face but not on every muslim women (you should consult a scholar for this, I have myslef heard scholars saying this, but of course not all will agree).
Now about west, Hassan Nissar is 100% spot on, the problems in muslim society regarding hijaab etc (the way they look at women even if she is properly covered, is not true in west even if women is going around half naked), Islamic so called men are the biggest perverts including molvies (there are ofcourse some exceptions of those who are educated and are of honest nature),

I repeat Muslim men are the worst perverts among all the male population, I endorse Hassan Nissar 100%.
and he was 100% factually right when he was comparing muslim societies with west, NO questions asked.


and the person who made this video is himself distorting the facts and statements of hassan nissar, although i think he was a bit harsh while talking about hijaab, saying it is necessary to leave it if we want to progress, I don't agree with that, although he can be considered right because backwaord muslim societies e.g. saudies and taliban people don't let their women go out at all because they use 'hijaab' as a reasonand want to keep them inside their homes for all their life.

Now does Islam say that this is what muslims should do? Islam don't say that BUT clearly many muslim societies have that tradition and they practice it. Hassan Nissar doe have a very valid point!

پہلے کہا گیا عرضِ مکرر ہے کہ حسن نِثار کی حضرت علامہ کے بارے رائے سے بندہ نہ صِرف کبھی مُتفق نہیں رہا بلکہ اِس کشمکش کا بھی شِکار ہے کہ آج جو باتیں حسن نثار کرتا ہے حضرتِ علامہ ایسے قلندر نے اکثر ایک صدی پہلے اپنے طریقے سے کہیں۔ مُلائیت، خانقاہیِ نطام، شہنشاہیت، اور جہالت کے جمود میں ٹھٹھرتی مِلت کو اور اُسکے کرتاؤں دھرتاؤں کو حسن نِثار سے کہیں زیادہ رگیدا۔ یہ ہمارا سماجی نقص ہے یا پرستش کی پُرانی خُو کہ ہم اپنے محبوب اِنسانوں کو فرشتہ دیکھنا چاہتے ہیں اور مخالفین کو شیطان جبکہ اِنسان اِن دونوں کے درمیان بھی ہو سکتا ہے۔

حسن نِثار کا قاری ہونے کے بِناء پر میں اُسکے کُچھ خیالات کی تائید نہیں کر سکتا لیکن خیالات کی اکثریت سے متفق ہوں جِس کی وجہ مدینۃ العلم کی حصولِ علم کیلئے چین تک چلے جانے اور باب العلم کی کہی اِس بات کو سینے کا تعویز سمجھتا ہوں کہ عِلم مومن کی میراث ہے جِس سے مِلے لے لو۔
جہاں تک عورت کے پردے کا تعلق ہے، میں اِس بارے میں اپنے ہاں مشرقی لباس کو جس میں عورت نے خود کو کافی حد تک ڈھانپا اوڑھا ہوتا ہے کافی سمجھتا ہوں۔ یہ بھی اُن خواتین کیلئے جن کا مُجھ سے کوئی رشتہ واسطہ ہے اور اگر وہ میری رائے کو مقدم سمجھیں تب نہ کہ دوسروں کی عورتوں پر اپنا ڈریس کوڈ مسلط کرتا پھروں۔ میں یہ حق عورت کو تفویض کرنے کا حامی بھی ہوں کہ وہ بھی میری طرح اپنے لِباس کا تعین خود کرے کیونکہ نہ میں اپنی بہنوں بیٹیوں کو کافر سمجھتا ہوں، بے دین اور نہ بے حیا کہ وہ ہمارے سامنے نامُناسب لباس میں گھومتی پھِریں گی۔

کِسی خاص تنبو نُما بُرقعے اور گھُٹن زدہ لباس کو اِسلامی لباس قرار دینے کو نہ صرف نامناسب سمجتا ہوں بلکہ ظُلم بھی۔ وہ تمام مرد جو اِس لباس کو عین اسلامی اور فطری سمجھتے ہیں اُنہیں جون کی اِس گرمی میں پہن کر ایک دِن پاکستان کی گلیوں میں گُزارنے کا مشورہ بھی دونگا تاکہ اُنکا دماغ پگھل کر ذرا دِل کے قریب آئے اور وہ اُس سزائے عُمر قید کا ایک دِن گُزاریں جو وہ اپنی رعیت (عورت) کو سُنا چُکے ہیں۔ اگر ایک اور زاویے سے دیکھا جائے تو پردے اور بُرقعے کا یہ نِظام نفس کُشی اور قربتِ اِلہی کا ایک ذریعہ ضرور ہو سکتا ہے لیکن وہ بھی صوفیوں میں تو جائز ہے مُلائیت میں ہر گِز نہیں۔

بد قسمتی سے جیسے ہماری نماز میں بھی خود سپردگی سے زیادہ ہاتھ کھولنے باندھنے کے مقامات اور دھوتی شلوار کے ٹخنوں کے فاصلے تک محدود ہو چُکی ہے زندگی کے بقیہ معاملات بھی اِسی بے درد چکی میں پِس رہے ہیں۔ میں چونکہ نماز پڑھنے کیلئے کِسی شیعہ سُنی مسجد کی تخصیص کا قائل نہیں اور دھڑلے سے کِسی بھی فِرقے کی مسجد میں اپنے پسندیدہ طریقے سے جماعت میں شامل ہو جاتا ہوں لِہٰذا شلوار اور ٹخنوں کا فاصلہ ناپنا بھوُل جاتا ہوں تو سلام پھیرتے ہی کِسی پڑوسی نمازی کی مُبلغانہ تقریر بھی سُنتا ہوُں جِس میں اِن فاصلوں کو سُنت سے مناسب کیا جاتا ہے جبکہ میں سوچ رہا ہوتا ہوں آپ تسبیح و تعظیم میں مشغول تھے یا دِل و دماغ میرے گُل رنگ ٹخنوں میں اُلجھا تھا؟

جب تک ہم ڈیڑھ ہزار سال سے حِلت و حُرمت، کراحت و قباحت کی آئے روز بدلتی حدوں میں اُلجھے رہیں گےاور فروعی فضولیات پر فتویٰ بازی پر دھیان رکھیں گے نہ ہماری شلوار کا سائز طے ہوگا نہ ستر کی حدود کا۔

لوگ چاند پر گئے
اور اب مریخ کے وہ ڈھونڈتے ہیں راستے
ہم ہیں جو نفاذ کا نظام ڈھونڈتے رہے
ہاتھ باندھنے کے مقام ڈھونڈتے رہے​

No I don't say that, not at all, but this is a very very bad habbit, and a very rude too,
Its a shame that non-muslim (atleast in west) generally don't have that and muslims (not just pakistani) generally have that, its disgraceful and we MUST discourage it, non-muslim are probably bad in other things of their life but thats non of my business, atleast on this one they are better.

اللہ نے پردہ(حجاب) کو فرض کیا ھے۔ لیکن اس کو سمجھنے کے غیر مادہ پرست علماء سے سمجھنا ضروری ھے۔ اگر آپ آج کے دانشوروں سے اس کو سیکھیں گے تو گمراہ ھونے کا خطرہ ھے جیسے کے عطائی ڈاکٹروں سے علاج کرنے کی صورت میں ٹھیک ھونے کی بجائے مرض بڑھنے کا خطرہ رھتا ھے۔ جیسے کہ مثال مشہور ھے،" نیم حکیم خطرہ جاں نیم ملا خطرہ ایمان"۔ مین نے پورے ویڈیو کو دیکھ کر اندازہ لگایا کہ کسی نے اس مسئلے کو صحیح طور پر بیان نہیں کیا۔ ایک ھے ستر اور ایک ھے حجاب(پردہ)۔ ستر کا مطلب ھے چھپانا اصطلاح شریعت میں مرد کاستر ناف سے لیکر گھٹنو سمیت تک ھے اور عورت کا چھرے، ھاتھوں اور پاؤں کے علاوہ تمام بدن کا ھے۔ جبکہ حجاب چھرہ، ھاتھ اور پاؤں سمیت تمام بدن کا غیر ًمحرم مردوں سےچھپانا ھے۔ اب اگر کوئی کرنا چاھے تو کرے اور نہ کرنا چاھے تہ نہ کرے دنیا سزاو جزا کی جگہ نہیں ھے عمل کی جگہ سزا اور جزا کی جگہ اللہ نے آخرت بتایا ھے۔ میری تمام قارئیں سے درخواست ھے کہ ایک دوسرے کو برے الفاظوں یا گالیوں کی بجائے دلیل سے قائل کریں کیوںکہ مسلمان کو گالی دینے سے سختی سے منع کیا گیا ھے اور ویسے بھی گالی دینے والوں کو عام لوگ بھی نفرت کی نگاہ سے دیکھتے ہیں۔
