Why will india need afganistan??

it have given 2 billion dollar aid free to them..and it only wants a friendly afganistan and no taliban in future...
india has felt the wrath of taliban which hijacked IC814 ,and was used as militants in kashmir....

But now it has sealed borders and uses satellite mechanism..being a soverign regional power in asia ,it wont want afganistan to be used by its neighbor for
their cheap interests!!

Well right now the cheap interest is by India! Why build so many consulates in a country that is not very hospitable to you?? Why is Indian spending Billions of Dollars whereas the same money can be used for their own population? India does not share any border with Afghanistan so the question of infiltration is also out! The issue is that India wants a piece of that oil money that it understands USA was after when it entered Afghanistan. Why not spend this money on Bhutan/Burma/Maldeep????
