setup for what? do you wana get offline google translation? then i think there is no way.. but if you want to embed into your website, then its easy.... pm me if you want to know how to use it in website!

I dont know that would what you want?

If you open some site in Google Chrome.
then write click on any where on the page ans select "translate to english".
