That was the time when political maturity of people had not developed, as well as loads of facts were being distorted by media while its not the same today. The biggest credit not PMLN but NAwaz deserves is his strong stands on putting country back on track of democracy, and things dont change overnight. You might as well come up with a hundred logics, but this is not even the credit of PPP but PMLN and more of Nawaz who has been on receiving end for the last 5 years, and still coping up with circumstances. As for the supporters who did not come out on 1999 oust have learnt their lessons the harder way, you dont support your leadership, you get yourself in a hell for more than a decade.
