the thing is that their is a large amount of mistrust between provinces and particularly towards Punjab because KPK Govt. wasnt even recieving their Royalty of Mangla or tarbella dam from from Punjab where most of its water were used+ where most of electricity generated were used so based on that fact when one province is kind of robbing other this kind of situation would come....Even I dont think Kala Bagh Dam could be able to save KPK from that cause River Kabul has been flooded which is coming from Afghanistan instead of Kashmir or Gilgit Baltistan so this flood was from River Kabul where Kalabagh dam has no use...

Power Generation Revenue is collected by the Centre not by Punjab

Sorry about some people's wrong thinking. They just read newspaper or watch some non-sense TV shows and start putting their views here. No one is technically strong here, but they talk like the authority on the issue.

unfortunayely there is no official paper out for the public to read either from the federal govt. or the kpk govert. on this issue. But if it really interests you you can try to get hold of the WB papers on this issue and please note how easily india made all the dams by blocking and politicising this issue in Pakistan. People apposing this are in minority and not sincere to the needs of the Pakistani people.

I dont believe I am replying to this post. Seriously, you need to think before you are posting. What are talking about Adnan, we are the most honest people. Do you see any corruption in Pakistan, any suicide bombing, target killing, land grabbing, drugs, weapons, rape, robbbing, looting, there is nothing of that sort in Pakistan.
