'Do institutions have the right to pick up someone on mere suspicion?'
Fazlur Rehman decries the "impunity" with which "institutions" are in the habit of "picking up people".
He said such people remain missing for 12-15 years with their aging parents, their children, "all crying their eyes out but these callous people never have the decency to inform them they have been captured by them".
"And if they are criminals, why are they not brought before the court?"
